Stadio Hostel

When I checked in, the bedsheets and blanket were missing from my room. Since I was only using the hostel as a transit point and not using the bed, I didn't mind it at the time. However, after I checked out, I received a message saying, "Why aren't they there?" This message made me feel as if I was being suspected or blamed, making me very uncomfortable. It's the hostel's responsibility to ensure all room amenities are complete before welcoming guests. Furthermore, I felt the message was too casual for a guest. Even more disappointing, the message was sent around 1:00 a.m., even though the issue wasn't urgent. After I quickly explained that the bedsheets and blanket had been missing since I checked in, I didn't receive an immediate response from the hostel. I was generally satisfied with the quality of the room, its cleanliness, and the service I received during my stay. Considering the price, I felt it was excellent value. Therefore, I was very disappointed that what initially was a good experience ended in this way after I left. I hope that in the future, the hostel will check the completeness of the room before guests check in and pay more attention to the method, time, and etiquette of contacting customers.
