Awalnya saya ragu untuk memilih hotel ini karena beberapa reviewer menyebutkan jika hotel kotor, tetapi saat kami datang, staff sangat ramah sekali, handuk hotel bersih, kamar mandi bersih, lift berfungsi dengan baik, area parkir yang luas dan kemudahan akses ke kota dan banyak pilihan tempat makan sekitar hotel dengan harga terjangkau. Kolam renang menurut saya ramah anak, tidak terlalu dalam. Beberapa catatan untuk staf hotel, mungkin adanya pembersih debu di kamar secara berkala, termasuk area lampu-lampu juga. Semoga review ini membantu, saya merekomendasikan hotel ini sebagai pilihan keluarga yang mengunjungi kota Malang.

The bathroom smelled of urine and the walls were yellow. The air conditioning wasn't cold enough and the room didn't smell good. Some of the floor tiles in front of the elevator were broken, as if they were about to open. It was scary for a child to step on them. The only plus was that we could check in half an hour earlier than the scheduled time.

It was incredibly pleasant to find the Sunrise Hotel in Malang. Even in the middle of high season, we still got a reasonable price, and the staff were incredibly helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel's location is convenient, close to Kayutangan and nearby food stalls. Keep up the great service!

Stayed for 2 nights and 2 rooms, because I brought 2 kids. Overall was good, friendly staff, food was ok (had dinner one time in the restaurant). A little bit concerned about cleanliness, some dust at the floor, bathroom, and night lamp (it might be because of less staff). As a budget-friendly hotel, it's considered good compared to other hotels in the same level in another city. Many thanks to all staff, you've been doing a great job...

A previous customer's pants were left in the room, simply tucked under the mattress. When I went to collect my items the next day, they said they weren't there, even though they were clearly in the bathroom.
