Was not happy with our stay unfortunately. Staff were lovely!! But we booked the private villa with private pool and we arrived, our pool was green. We couldn’t swim which was the whole point we booked this room and it was almost $300.00 per night which was steep when we couldn’t swim in it, we asked them about it and they said it was fine but the bottom of the pool was green and you couldn’t see the floor or steps! The last day of our stay it was clear 😭 we noticed someone came and did something with the pump and the next day, our last day it was fine but we still couldn’t swim because we had to check out. Quite frustrating. Breakfast was very mediocre, has to send two breakfasts back because the eggs were cold and it took them half an hour to get them out to us in the first place. Spa is okay but not air conditioned and quite expensive for what it is. The surrounds and feel of this place was nice, very tropical and pretty, but unfortunately our stay was very disappointing. We also had lots of ants in our room, the water pressure was horrible and the water was cold every time. It also seemed like they weren’t ready for us with no towels in one of the rooms and no cups etc. room service was lovely and cheap, best thing about this place. Once again, staff were also lovely, just a disappointing stay. Not that close to anything either.

The staff were so lovely and accommodating. Any issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently. They were so quick to book taxis for us when we were unable to get on the shuttle. We were warmly greeted when leaving or arriving to the property.
Unfortunately they are let down by the real need for facilities to be upgraded. Also quite out of the way from Ubud so if you want to go into town for the day, it's best to pack for the whole day. Food was average at the resort. My friend tried the breakfast one morning and only managed 2 bites.

Villa was not available and we were moved to another place. The owner was very helpful but at the new place, we were not able to get support and access to equipment to have dinner at the villa and the communication with the hotel did not work. Bad service but beautiful place and surroundings. We also had 2 bottles of champagne for new years disappear and did not hear back from the staff after we left about the issue even though they promised to get back to us.

This was a wonderful experience! The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The resort offers a lot of services like the pool breakfast and flower bath known to Bali. Only thing to be aware is that the free breakfast is very limited with options.

Where to begin… first of all this is super far away from everything and you will have to taxi everywhere even to just get food. Second, the room was full of bugs and other animals (one pooped on the bed and on the floor and it was HUGE). Third, and most important, the ceiling started leaking all over the room like yellow smelly liquid was all over the floor and our belongings and when we asked for complimentary laundry because our clothes were soaked in this mysterious liquid, they did nothing. There were other issues but they just don’t seem as important as those. DO NOT STAY HERE! Had to check out and switch to a new hotel.

Overall the accommodations and my stay was exceptional. The food on the other hand could’ve been better, more options for vegans and more of a fruit selection other than papaya, pineapples and watermelon. The pool was freezing even in 80 degree weather. Mosquito coils were provided but a mosquito net could’ve helped. Paying for our driver should’ve also been included. But overall it was a peaceful, serene, private, clean and neat space that I loved. I would definitely stay here again.

Pool was cold. Shower was cold. Room door did not lock. Took forever to come to fix then couldn’t fix. Moving to another room now that all the bugs came in the open door. Taking forever to arrange move. Just Terrible!!!! Really horrible!!!!

We were disappointed that we did not receive the room we booked (2 br King/Queen). We were given a 3 bedroom villa that was located next to private land so were kept awake by noise from roosters and pigs. When asked to be moved to our booked room it was much better - more like 4 stars v 3 in the previous. The difference between the two rooms was very obvious, the 2 br was huge and open, although we still didn't get the beds requested for 2 adults (we got 1 king and 2 singles). The staff were lovely and the grounds also. Just disappointed that we didn't get the room we originally booked and had 3 nights (out of 5) with very little sleep.

I stayed in a 2 bedroom villa with my wife, three year old and six month old for one week. This is really nice accommodation away from the busy Ubud centre, but only a 5-10min free shuttle from the resort. Staff were great, massages were great and the pool was awesome. The kitchen was very basic but we didn't eat at the villa very often.
