The room is old and shabby. Some of the equipment didn't work, so I have to call the technician. The bathroom smells bad and shabby. I think management should improve the quality of the room for more comfort. The restaurant has no salt and pepper even when I request it to the waiter.

the food is cold, the bathroom has soap but it doesn't smell good like old soap, then the mattress for some reason looks like there are wire marks or blood stains, then the towels smell musty..there is no Aqua available, only refill water..the facilities are complete, there is a free gym, sauna, and swimming pool..

The room is not like the photo, the sheets are dull with blood stains, the room is dirty with lots of dust, you can sleep on the floor, the bathroom door can't be closed either, the breakfast is actually delicious but it's cold, not warm

With the condition of the junior suite room, I think the price is overpriced, where the condition of the room is all dirty and itchy, the balcony is permanently locked, the room is narrow plus the corridor is dark with minimal lighting.

Overall quite good, the front office is friendly, helpful when checking in, the housekeeping staff is very responsive, the size of the room, the cleanliness of the bathroom needs to be improved again.
The restaurant area seems to need renovation, the layout of the seating area and buffet table along with the variety of food for breakfast guests are unfortunately available in a cold state. needs to be improved again.
Hotel access is very good, close to the toll gate is very accessible for tourists who stay in the buffer city of Bandung want to travel to Lembang or Ciwidey.

To be honest, the staff is not a problem at all, the hospitality is good. But the hotel facilities are quite minimal, the rooms are cramped and dirty, I'm sorry the bathroom has a lot of mold, the towels are also a bit musty, the linen is not clean and the mattress is no longer firm when you sleep on it. The AC is really cool, the wifi in the room is very lacking, it's very difficult to get a cellular signal too. The breakfast menu, I'm sorry, doesn't seem to be a hotel standard at all

The front desk staff at check out was very unfriendly and did not ask for my initial deposit of 50 thousand. He was indifferent as if he had deliberately forgotten. He deliberately pretended to be confused. There was also no greeting or smile. The security guard was also unfriendly. It is not worth the price for a hotel far from Bandung with SPT facilities and unfriendly officers.

If the electric kettle is leaking and yellow, don't use it, the hotel area and surrounding areas are dirty, if possible use sealed Aqua bottles or use a dispenser for drinking water, don't use a kettle because the water that is put in is worried that it won't be sterile, the bathroom should be enlarged and renovated, if possible, the food should be more varied, don't eat like food from stalls, don't let the cutlery be incomplete, the wifi keeps logging out
