Facilities within budget. However, when I asked the staff about the noise outside the hotel, they said they didn't know. They should have known, as it happened quite frequently during my stay. The message is, keep improving the already good quality.

The staff is friendly, for the rooms like the old model, not soundproof so it's noisy because it's across the street, overall it's good, the bathroom also functions well, for the restaurant the food is minus, it's only 8 o'clock and everything is finished, even refills are only one plate & there's not much variety

The location is very strategic, there are lots of food stalls outside next to Alfamart, you can park next to Alfamart, the room is a bit small, the AC needs attention, the toilet light was off at that time

Please ask the Room Attendant to clean the room, especially dusting the window frames, headboards, and cabinets. Use bed sheets that fit the size of the bed. The receptionist and security staff are excellent.
