The concept of Villa Bunda is actually quite good. The vibe feels like Bali, and there are many Instagrammable spots. Perfect for photos. Unfortunately, the place looks a bit under-maintained. I happened to try the Bali and Lombok rooms. The lobby area was clean and tidy. There were also many interesting spots for photos, which was a plus. In the Bali room, the room had a unique interior design with a Balinese feel. However, some parts of the walls were peeling and there was a lot of dirt, like uncleaned soil. The bed was tidy, but the pillows had a musty smell, making it uncomfortable. The bathroom was actually okay, with strong water flowing, but initially the toilet didn't have any water. Fortunately, it returned to normal. In the Lombok room, the interior design was also good and felt more spacious. However, the same problem persisted with the musty pillows. Furthermore, when it rained, there were leaks in the walls, which was quite annoying. The most disappointing part was the swimming pool. When I first arrived, it was so dirty that I had to ask the staff to clean it. I've been waiting for quite a while, but the results are still less than optimal—there's still a lot of moss, and the poolside area hasn't been swept properly. All the facilities should be clean and ready to use without having to ask before guests arrive. I originally planned to vlog here, but the current situation put me off. In the end, I just stayed overnight and looked for photo spots. I hope they pay more attention to maintenance in the future, because it's a shame—this place actually has great potential to be very beautiful and comfortable.

I was quite disappointed staying at Villa Bunda. This place actually has great potential to be very comfortable, but unfortunately, the maintenance is less than optimal. For the Bali room, the condition of the room was quite concerning. The walls looked dirty, as if they hadn't been cleaned in a long time, and the pillows smelled musty, making it less than comfortable to rest on. In contrast to the Lombok room, the room did look cleaner and tidier. However, there was still a problem with the pillows, which also smelled musty. Furthermore, when it rained, there was a leak, which was certainly annoying. The most disappointing part was the swimming pool. When I first arrived, it was extremely dirty. If I had known there would be guests checking in, the pool should have been cleaned without me having to ask. Even after cleaning, it seemed haphazard—there was still a lot of moss, and the poolside area hadn't been swept or mopped, leaving leaves and dirt strewn about. I'm sorry, but the staff seemed unresponsive or uncaring. The only area that seemed well-maintained was the lobby, which was clean and tidy. In fact, if properly maintained, this villa had great potential to become a very comfortable and welcoming place. It's a real shame.

The Junior Suites had no TV, only a bracket, several lights were out, no toilet paper, no trash can, dirty toilets, and towels were provided as a mere formality because they were really dirty, haha. Check-in was at 2:00 PM and left at 10:30 PM.

The staff is friendly, kind, and respectful 👍 Thank you for providing a plaster cast for my child whose big toe was cut by a crack in the tile in the small pool. It's a shame the place is beautiful but poorly maintained. I was initially in a superior room, but it wasn't very clean, so I was upgraded to a deluxe room. You really need to be extra careful about bringing personal items like clean towels, toiletries, etc. Please upgrade the facilities. Thank you... I hope to visit again sometime.

The villa is quite nice, but it's not well maintained. It's a shame that when we were there, the electricity from the PLN substation went out. Luckily, the villa management quickly turned on the generator. We'll come back next time.

When I first entered the door, it was hard to open and I locked it for quite a few minutes because I had to trick the room into not being able to open it because it was a wooden type. When I entered the bed, the sheets and pillows looked like they hadn't been changed for a long time and the room smelled of urine. The air conditioning in the room was cool and stuffy. Finally, I complained and asked to change rooms. Finally, I agreed when I checked our room and when I changed the room, it didn't smell of urine, but the bathroom looked like it was rarely used and the sheets had lots of stains. And the room was like a mosquito nest, so I could only sleep at dawn because it was really a mosquito nest.. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN 😫
