The room was dirty and smelly. The staff was unfriendly, and the service was simply the worst. This is the first time I've encountered a hotel with such unfriendly staff. I complained about the room smelling damp and the bathroom being dirty, and they called me fussy and demanding. Oddly, the worst hotel I've ever been to didn't even acknowledge my complaint.

Centrally located, spacious room with superior queen size. The bed was comfortable to sleep on, the AC was very cold, the bathroom was clean. However, the glass was crusty like soapy bathwater, perhaps it could be cleaned with a special liquid. The bathroom floor is made of wood, often exposed to water, so when it's dry it has a white cast. Improve the cleanliness of the bathroom and room floor. Oh yes, breakfast is not a buffet, it can't be delivered to the room. We had to pick it up ourselves, which was a hassle, as it was on a different floor and very far away. They even gave us the wrong food even though we had already informed them via WhatsApp. 😵‍💫

The hotel staff was friendly and check-in and check-out were quick. The breakfast variety could be expanded, but the taste was already good. There's a children's playground and a laundry room where guests can do their own laundry. Some guests enjoyed other amenities like the girls' room and games room.

The check-in process was very well assisted by staff under the name of Mas Bayu. I chose a non-smoking room, but because the regular rooms were full, I was upgraded to a family room. The room amenities were quite good. However, the toilet cleanliness needs some attention.
