The check-in process was very well assisted by staff under the name of Mas Bayu. I chose a non-smoking room, but because the regular rooms were full, I was upgraded to a family room. The room amenities were quite good. However, the toilet cleanliness needs some attention.

The bathroom is dirty, but my own house is still cleaner. The bed needs to be checked again, to see if there's anything wrong, and there are also mosquitoes.
