The hotel is very kid-friendly. There's a fun playground, and the rooms are full of toys. I stayed in a family room, and the kids loved it.

The staff are friendly, especially Mr. Finsen and Ms. Yola. The rooms are spacious, clean, and fragrant. The food is delicious. It's a fun vacation, perfect for families. The kids really enjoyed playing at Sandbeach. The hotel is very strategic, close to the mall, traditional market, and train station.

Overall okay, just the AC is not cold even though the temperature has been lowered and it's a bit dusty.

There are several things that need improvement. First, the room smells really bad. It seems like the smell is emanating from the bathroom vent. I asked one of the staff for air freshener, and they said it would be delivered to the room later. It wasn't delivered until checkout. Second, the dust and cleanliness of the children's camping tent. Third, the towels also smell bad. Sorry, but you need to pay more attention to cleanliness. But the food was good, and the staff was really friendly. The Legos and costumes inside the family room were great too.

Overall, it's ok, but why did I get a room with a problematic toilet, and the water was small and the bathroom smelled a bit because there was no toilet freshener, and the bathroom with the shower was a bit slippery. But the kids were happy because there was a family room type toy. Please improve the quality of the bathroom so I can come back again.

Nice trip to stay at Yellow Bee, near to Pasar Lama

Things to be input: please add staff during weekends, don't have one front office person, maintain room cleanliness (sawang, air conditioning). Even though it's efficient, why are customers only given 1 spoon or fork at breakfast.

My kids are so happy, we surely would like to go back in the next holiday ❤️

1. The staff didn't check thoroughly. They initially said there was no breakfast, but they checked three times before they actually checked. 2. The room was dirty, with a large centipede. No one was on standby to call at 12 midnight. 3. The hallway smelled musty. 4. I wrote a note stating the last checkout was at 1:00 PM, but access was blocked (12:15 PM). 5. The room and toilet smelled bad.

Nice and comfortable with affordable price

The AC in my room wasn't cold enough. However, the hotel was also full, so we couldn't move rooms. The entire night was uncomfortable due to the AC issue. We also had the same problem in a different room the previous time we stayed. Yellow Bee, please check the AC in your 30m2 room. Perhaps the AC needs to be moved or replaced. Thank you.
