The view alone was worth the price (which was also good). All the staff were very friendly too. The breakfast provided was great. It's in a quiet area but also not a bad walk to get to whatever else you need.

Very nice place to stay, on Arrival room was quiet cold and had to turn on rad. Forgot to turn off and room went to other extreme at nighttime. There seemed to be only one setting. We had selected this place partially because of breakfast included but in the morning we discovered that it was on continental breakfast and hot breakfast was an extra charge. Now the hot breakfast was good quality and value. Other than these small things it was very cosy, friendly spot to stay and great location for matches in either Celtic park or the brandywell.

Serendipity house, lies about their amenities. You cannot access the patio unless it’s breakfast for only 1.5 hours. There is NO lobby available for you to use. Additionally, there is NO RESTRUANT and NO BAR. They even listed it in the hotel room upon our stay, and neither were available, and the looks of it, they have not been available for quite a while. They do not care that they are lying. When you come you only have access to your room, so don’t plan on having anywhere else to hang out, unless you leave the property. They also don’t allow food or drink in the rooms, so don’t buy anything to bring to your room. Additionally, the room could have been cleaner, there was dust around all of the edges of the room and the bathroom. I would NOT stay here again. There are so many choices in Derry with similar prices that have things you want, or don’t lie about it.
DON’T STAY HERE, They lie about the amenities.

We enjoyed our 1 night stay. We had a nice room on the top floor with a nice view. Being in the top floor and no lift we only took from the car what we needed to save carrying suitcases up the stairs.

Room very disapointing and bathroom was very small weve had bigger wardrobes tbf, and bar and restaurant advertised on site but no bar or restaurant available or available on site and we were booked in for 2 nights but one night was more than enough we left the next day and still waiting on a reply from the property as of yet nearly a week ago dont hold much hope all ill say is book somewhere else

The bathroom is tight, but water pressure is good!
Food options for dinner within walking distance are almost non existent, so it's an adventure!

The room and bathroom were clean. Bed was comfortable and bedsheets spotless.
Continental breakfast was available with a wide variety of breads, croissants, muffins and cereals.
Parking on the street might be a challenge though since the street is narrow and cars are parked in both sides.
Our one night stay was pleasant.

Loved our stay here! Staff were nice, friendly and helpful! Breakfast was great! If there’s one gripe, I have to say was that the shower head in our bathroom was leaking hard so we needed to tone down the water so as not to have the water get out of the shower enclosure, otherwise the bathroom would have been flooded . But other than that, our stay was terrific and I highly recommend this B&B.

The stay was nice, people were helpful, but the noise level in the hotel is high. The walls are incredibly thin and the front door is used constantly by staff starting at 6:45 in the morning and slams shut every time. It was incredibly loud and disruptive.
