Serendipity House

Room felt very neglected with tv not working as in no signal or Chanel’s. Mattress uncomfortable and basically the photos on the internets were very deserving as to the actual house and rooms

The room and bathroom were clean. Bed was comfortable and bedsheets spotless. Continental breakfast was available with a wide variety of breads, croissants, muffins and cereals. Parking on the street might be a challenge though since the street is narrow and cars are parked in both sides. Our one night stay was pleasant.

The double room we had was tiny as was the bed. Breakfast is a simple continental one. Location from town is ok, parking is on the street so be sure to get there before the residents finish work. Overall it was cheap and cheerful. If we were staying more then 1 night I would find something a bit more spacious.

Loved our stay here! Staff were nice, friendly and helpful! Breakfast was great! If there’s one gripe, I have to say was that the shower head in our bathroom was leaking hard so we needed to tone down the water so as not to have the water get out of the shower enclosure, otherwise the bathroom would have been flooded . But other than that, our stay was terrific and I highly recommend this B&B.

The room had a strong smell of damp or mold, I think the carpet was wet. The floor is wooden and noisy, I could hear guests in the room above walking around

Quiet and restful. Easy waking to all Derry sites.

The view alone was worth the price (which was also good). All the staff were very friendly too. The breakfast provided was great. It's in a quiet area but also not a bad walk to get to whatever else you need.

Great location to Free Derry museum and area. Cool space - great staff. You can even buy a Guinness. The bed and linens in my room were tired.

The room was confortable, right next to a park and walking distance to everything you might want to visit.

Very nice place to stay, on Arrival room was quiet cold and had to turn on rad. Forgot to turn off and room went to other extreme at nighttime. There seemed to be only one setting. We had selected this place partially because of breakfast included but in the morning we discovered that it was on continental breakfast and hot breakfast was an extra charge. Now the hot breakfast was good quality and value. Other than these small things it was very cosy, friendly spot to stay and great location for matches in either Celtic park or the brandywell.

Room was Ok but bed was way too soft for me and on the top floor.

La chambre et les sanitaires sont propres et bien décorés. L'hôtesse est très gentille et serviable. Par contre... Chambre très petite, difficile d'y poser nos 2 valises ou de se croiser. La salle de bains de la chambre 4 ne correspond à aucune des photos. Elle est minuscule. L'évier de 20 cm de large est logé entre la douche et le mur. Impossible d'y entrer les épaules pour se brosser les dents. Le sèche serviette est collé aux wc, ce n'est pas très hygiénique et impossible d'y mettre les 2 geands essuies. Ventilation de la salle de bains bouchée par la poussière. Insonorisation très mauvaise. On rntend les ronflements des voisins. On n'a pas été prevenus qu'on devrait monter nos valises aux 2eme etage par l'escalier. Quant au parking ... il faut se garer dans la rue si on a la chance de trouver une place tout près.

The stay was nice, people were helpful, but the noise level in the hotel is high. The walls are incredibly thin and the front door is used constantly by staff starting at 6:45 in the morning and slams shut every time. It was incredibly loud and disruptive.

Excellent view of Derry from the room. Clean and courteous staff.

The location was good I didn't like the ensuite as it was extremely small, more like a cupboard

Hôtel tranquille et pas très éloigné du centre-ville. Chambre assez bien aménagé avec peut-être un petit effort à faire sur la literie mais le déjeuner est très correct.
