Ambience amazing.
Facilities & spay amazing.
Been here every year for past 5 years, superb.
Only complaint was the room this year. For some reason we were given a room to accommodate disabled. The bathroom was poorly refurbed, looking bodged and tatty. A half hearted job.
Bathroom constantly cold to boot.
Shame because the standards are hi here and this room was below parr, the bathroom by far.
That said we hope to be back next year but I'll be specific with future rooms.

Room was lovely. A heritage room. Hair straightner, robe and slippers. 4th floor. Very quiet. Dinner pre show in Gleneagle was only OK. Chose wine instead of complimentary prosecco and the staff kindly gave this instead. Very polite staff. Bar slightly slow to order in at night. Christmas decor amazing throughout.
