The property was well maintained, and the staff were exceptional and extremely helpful to us. The front desk attendant stayed beyond his shift time to assist us with getting settled in to the hotel. The hospital was outstanding. Ww would recommend staying at this hotel.

Good property overall. The reception remains operational for a very limited time, only from 8 am to 4 pm, making it practically impossible to carry out any in-person transaction such as paying the tax in cash without disrupting your plan for day-long sightseeing. There is no waiting area. The flow of water in the shower was not adequate.

The staff was AMAZING!!!!
I checked in Thursday morning. The receptionist was helpful and went out of his way to give us plenty of information about the hotel and things to do!
Breakfast is not included. The room is small but the bathroom amenities were great especially the shower. It has 6 water jets, lights , and a waterfall shower.
I would stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Rome. It was cozy, charming, and had a quaint atmosphere that made it feel very welcoming. The location was excellent—close to many of the major attractions while still providing a comfortable place to relax after a busy day of sightseeing.
The air conditioning worked well, which was a huge plus during my stay, and having an elevator made getting around with luggage much easier. The room was comfortable, the hotel was well-kept, and everything I needed for a pleasant stay was available.
Overall, I had a great experience and would gladly stay here again on a future visit to Rome. I would definitely recommend it to other travelers looking for a comfortable and conveniently located place to stay.

Just loved the location across the street from the opera house. A short walk to many historic sights.

The room as clean. And the little kitchen in the hall for use by the lodgers was nice, great to have coffee. The general property needed a lot of work and the advertised courtyard was not useable.
There are two good restaurants next door and the location isn’t bad.
I wouldn’t stay there again.

The air conditioner made terrible noise. Room full of mosquitoes and the staff leaves the hotel at 3pm on Sundays! They only provide one room key and if you ask for more they give you an access code instead of card. They provide NO amenities, and it is ONE soap in the shower to use for the body and hair, and the shower is tiny and it leaks to the bathroom floor. Would not recommend at all this hotel to anyone.

Hotel location was great, lots of good restaurants nearby and mini markets. Metro station was 7mins walk. The only thing that bothered me was the A/C was noisy and I had hard time to sleep. I do recommend.

We really enjoyed our short stay at Al Viminale Hill and Hotel. The room was perfect for our needs and in a great location for seeing multiple attractions in a single day. Daniele was extremely helpful and easy to contact. When we traveled, there was a nation wide transportation strike and he stepped up and helped us with private transportation when we needed it most. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever had anywhere. Highly recommend this hotel!

We needed a place for one last night before an early flight out of Rome, and this hotel fit the bill nicely. The room was nice sized and clean, the bathroom had been upgraded recently and has a wild shower with body jets. The only problem we had was the a/c fan was very noisy. The a/c blew cold and kept the room comfortable, but it was hard to stay asleep with the whine from the fan.
Otherwise a great choice and we would do it again!

Excellent location, right near the train station. The staff helped coordinate a taxi from the airport, but should have just told me to get a train instead and save me 50 euro. Quiet location despite being in the thick of the city. ~20 minute walk to the biggest attractions in Rome, were able to walk to Colosseum and many other sites with ease

Daniele was so helpful, kind, considerate and friendly. The room was very spacious and we had enough space to open our suitcase and hang our things. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was fabulous. The staff took care of the room every day that we left and it was prepared for us when we returned.
