We loved the Eccelso Hotel! Anca was amazing and so kind. The room was smaller but perfect for us. We would definitely stay there again!

Loved this property. It was a lovely room, with a large bed and bathroom. Very comfortable, and the AC was very nice. The workers were so nice, and did a great job making us feel welcome. We did not imminently find the property, but received a call right away letting us know where to go. It was phenomenal. I would absolutely stay here again.

It’s a small hotel but clean, well maintained, quiet, great service from front desk staff. Very close to many restaurants, supermarket and to St Peter Square.

Location of hotel is awesome, front desk person (ANCA) was very very helpful and kind.
We regret that the shower area does not meet the size requirements, vert tight and uncomfortable, can hardly move inside once you close the shower door.
Also needs more countertop area for accessories; shampoo and soap was very limited.

Amazing!! The staff make the stay. They are truly wonderful. Helpful with directions, destinations, travel arrangements, and they speak multiple languages. I felt very safe. The air conditioning was adequate for our 90 degree days. Short walking distance to the Vatican and walkable to the Colosseum. Close my restaurants, coffee, and gelato! I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

Lovely hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Perfect placement for visiting the sights of Rome.
The main positive was the helpfulness of the staff. They could not help enough and were more than happy to answer any questions we had re visiting the sites and getting around Rome. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Will definitely be using this hotel again when we return to Rome.

This hotel offered a modern room. Not a lot of extra space, but enough. It was very clean. The front desk person was very nice and willing to help us in anyway. We were right by the Vatican area.
