The room was in an a different building to the hotel we had booked and very different than online photos. The staff in the annexe building were lovely. The breakfast was nice and lots of choice. The decor of the building was poor and the feeling was that we had been put in a second class accommodation. Definitely not 4 star. We had only booked a standard room but our room and building not match any of those in the website. Feel like we were downgraded. It did not ruin our holiday but I could not recommend this hotel as I think it could spoil the holiday for some.

Our first trip to Rome. Good location. Loved the breakfast buffet. Rooms were average. We had a 5th floor room in July. It never truly got cool in the summer.

Our room has black mold and broken floors. Then we also found magets on the floor. We asked to be moved and they said no not until tomorrow and we were forced to sleep in the room. We had to cover our mouths because of the smell and didn’t sleep and once. Didn’t give me any refund. Literally wasted $480.. down the drain

Very clean and beautiful location

Good place, centrally located. Everything was walkable. Taxis weren’t too bad to Roma termini station.

The place is nice. Very accessible. My room smelled a bit, which was a little disappointing. The room is also small so be careful if you have big luggage.

The property wasn’t look like the picture at all If you don’t want to waste your money as a tourist go to another hotel close by and you will get much better Our room wasn’t the same as the picture that I booked the hotel and didn’t satisfy me

The location is right in the heart of Rame, easy to anywhere- walking distance. Stuffs are friendly and helpful. AC works very well. Highly recommended.

Pros: (many!) Good location in a busy part of Rome close to an expensive luxury shopping street, Spanish steps and Trevi fountain. Can be noisy in the late evening but quietens down by 11.30pm. Good breakfast range with lots of hot and cold drinks. Superior room was lovely and spacious with high ceilings. Good shower! I have stayed it lots of hotels and agree this was exceptionally clean, even the curtain looked like they'd been vaccumed clean! There is a small lift which is helpful. Reception is available in person or via phone. 10 min walk to metro station Spagna Next to a cafe where you can buy water and fizzy drinks which was convenient! Staff are helpful and courteous Cons: The reception area is small and a little cramped so if you need to talk to the staff theres not a lot of space to wait. The city tax can only be paid in cash so make sure you have enough euros! I paid 7.50 euros per person a night. There are lots of change places within 10 min walk. All in all a good hotel which is a very good base to explore Rome I believe!

We were located in their 2nd building a 4 min walk around the corner and down the street. Our room was on the 3rd floor. The building was clean and had an elevator. The room was clean and it had A/C. However, one of the windows didn't entirely shut so the heat and the A/C battled it out a little. Too cold with A/C on and too warm with it off. The room has a Nesspresso machine, very fancy. Staff walked our suitcases to the room. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. We only stayed for one night.

No lift, fridge was broken, room tiny and bed against the wall , door to balcony faulty
