The place was great for the money highly recommend it it wasn't a great location also. One caveat Read the fine print the place does have air conditioning but they charge 10 Euros a day. It's not a bad fee and it's not a fee that should make you change your mind this is an excellent place it is in the fine print pay attention to the fine print. Other than that I loved the place I would go back. They didn't have a refrigerator a microwave or a safe none of which are all that important but they would have been nice. So if this is something you require keep it in mind again for the price I would go back in a heartbeat it was very clean I really enjoyed the neighborhood and the staff was excellent

We stayed in hotel Adriatic for four nights last month. The hotel is super close to Vatican but further from central Rome - still walkable, though. The quadruple room was tiny but functional. Air conditioner for EXTRA 10 euro - that on top of the exorbitant price of the room per night - left a sour aftertaste. No breakfast - which the staff just wave off as, oh, there's a cafe 100 meters away. Well, yes, but I also just paid hundreds of euros per night per this room. There is a grocery store even closer, which is good - not really for breakfast, but great for evening snacks. There is a big terrace on one of the floors of the building (it's like an apartment building with hotel rooms spread out among other apartments) with tables and chairs - nice to sit in the evening. Overall, not the greatest value given off-centre location and lack of breakfast and a/c.

Old, quaint building full of character and charm. Rooms a bit on the smaller side but perfectly suited to purpose. Great position to those wishing to explore the Vatican and Rome with an easy walk to St Peter’s and public transport right outside the door. Contrary to property description. Airconditioning is not complimentary and incurs an additional fee of €10.00 per day. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

The property is in a really great central location, with multiple signs to guide you to the front door. Great value for the money. AC available for 10 Euro per night was great! The only thing we disliked is that there was no „self-check-in” option. Make sure to arrive before 10pm and to let the reception know!

Starting off the walls were very dirty which made it feel unclean in general. The air conditioning appeares in Expedia but it does not say in bold that you have to pay 10 euros which should be an important thing. The WiFi did not reach the room but it did work but only in the hallway . We were in the room all the way down the hall to the left and the moment we went inside the WiFi would shut off.
