Clean bathroom, but shared. AC did not work. was not given door code, so could not leave. Staff was unhelpful and phone number provided did not work

Very clean room and bathroom. This place feels haunted though (which I liked, sorta)

there is no AC or heating, floor was coming apart and the whole check in is nobody to talk.

This was my first 5 days stay in Venice and it was warm,clean,tranquil,welcoming experience. I didn't find the place to be old or in bad condition,this is a 2 stars hotel!!!very clean and no issue with the check in,they are always there to 14.00 o'clock!

Everything was great.

Room in good condition, overall clean, was able to check in 15 minutes early, but the staff was somewhat inappropriate as they made a weird comment on the fact that I was traveling alone.

No one there during check-in. Random people wandering around and came to our door. Showerhead was broken. Messaged the property multiple times with no response. Good location, cheap and not too dirty.

Our room was very nice with separate rooms, a patio, and a living room. Each room had its own bathroom as well. Plenty of soap and linens provided. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept great. The staff were helpful and answered any questions we had

Great Location, stayed for 2 nights no balcony with canal view of gondolas passing every now and then not a busy location. Our air conditioning wasn’t working but hotel provided a portable unit. Would stay again.

Stay away from this place! Old and stinky with no service at all. The place is a bit scary… it feels hunted. Very noisy during the day. Save your money.

Convenient to major tourist attractions - St. Mark’s Sq., Doge’s Palace, gondolas.

Not clean. Very dated. Sheets had not been washed.

Recommend to stay here 100% ! It’s in a good location to walk to St Marks & Ponte di Rialto! From train station St Lucia to here is a 28 min walk. It’s close to shops & the canals pass right outside to get a gondola.

The hotel is really well located for Piazza San Marco, about 5 minutes walk. Also nearby Rialto bridge, with added value of a boat stop that gets you to the train station or the Marco Polo airport. Housekeeping was done every day despite the hotel initially saying this would not be. Room and bathroom were relatively small. The big issue is the lack of communication by the hotel and the incorrect info provided. We messaged them several weeks in advance with some questions but never got a response. They only messaged a day in advance about our arrival time (which we had already messaged them about). At the estimated arrival time they message me to get passport info before giving us access codes - that should be done way earlier of course as now we wait for something for no reason. We could not find the hotel as the instructions were not sufficiently clear: they did not pick up my WhatsApp calls but only messaged "what my question is". Never a response on my questions on how to get to the hotel - another tourist had to help us. Most important: they claim to have luggage storage but do not. I asked several times over WhatsApp how to leave luggage but got no response. Finally calling their general number resulted in a rude person. My WhatsApp message afterwards got a quick response of 'no luggage storage' which is ridiculous - now we had to spend money elsewhere which was unexpected (we got the hotel also for these kind of services!).

This property has bed bugs. It is awful. It looks cute and clean when you go in, but prepare for the worst night of your life. We were in room 107.
