Room was smaller than expected, the elevator was small max 2 persons at a time....room walls were not sound proof...was able to hear the person in the room across the hall way snore...upside the room was clean and there was a mini fridge and complimentray water...

The area was very convenient for everything. The reception guy was very helpful and accommodating. The problem I’ve got was the room was too warm, I’ve asked to cool it down to 19C but it never cooled down, so I need to open the windows so air can come in. I’ve used a cup for a coffee came back in the evening still unwashed. In other hotels I’ve been there’s disposable sleeper, I think they also need to provide that and the coffee should be replaced everyday not only when you arrived, not because you can’t afford to buy it but sometimes in the middle of the night when you want to have something to drink.

The breakfast was really nice. The staff were very attentive right when we walked in. The rooms are pretty spacious, but the showers are very very small. The walls are also very thin. You can hear the other guests at all times. Thankfully, they do have an elevator, but you can only fit two people in at a time. It is a little different in comparison to the types of elevators people are normally used to. Overall, it is in a great location, very central to the train station, which can get you anywhere. Not bad, but a little pricey, for what it is.

The staff were welcoming and helpful. The single rooms were well equipped and clean. The ensuite bathroom was spotless, however if you are a large person the shower cubicle would be a little on the small side! The continental breakfast had many choices, including a delicious berried cheesecake. My only criticism would be that there was not any milk left out to put on cereals. The location is excellent if you are arriving in Milan by train as it is only a short walk from Milano Centrale and the Metro.

It was a nice stay: Rooms are small but clean, air conditioning worked perfectly and the best part of stay was breakfast. Svetlana always made us feel so welcomed with smile and very good coffee. Staff in the hotel was very professional and friendly: receptionists, housekeeping and administrator Igor. Location is good if you want to take a bus from and to airport.

This property had good reviews and I went with that. But the room had no towels and I had to ask for them, the floor is dusty and there are no blankets so I can’t sleep properly with the ac on. I’m up at 3 am writing this review. This is more a hostel than a hotel so please rate it clearly - it’s not cheap as well by worldwide standards

This was a good hotel located near the central station and both Metro and Tram stops so getting around the city was easy. There are plenty of food options close by and we would recommend the Central Market next to the station.

The hotel is a 5 minute walk from Milan Central train station so it's a perfect location for travellers. The hotel is modern, clean and our room is made up each day. It's a 30 minute walk to the Duomo but the metro is easy and simple to use. We've just had a full day at Lake Como and it was so easy. Great hotel.

This hotel is a stone's throw from Milano Centrale FS so very convenient...........30-40min walk to Duomo etc on a nice day OR use the Metro! AC works really well! The window shutters looked designed for a fortress but reduce street noise & act as blackout blinds too! However, the broken door handle to the bathroom was a bit silly! Compact single room meant it had little impact. Good selection for breakfast from cakes & biscuits to yogurt & cereal. Was a bit surprised at the plastic cups for juice or water given they like to cite their eco credentials...........
