This hotel exceeded my expectations! Specifically, the lobby area is so welcoming, the staff was very friendly & helpful, hotel had a light and airy feel, the rooms were cute the breakfast buffet was one of the prettiest I’ve ever seen and with so many options. The hotel is the best location ever! We 100% stay here again!!!

The hotel was very centrally located and very close to the arena, which is what we were looking for. The staff were all very kind and welcoming!! I would definitely recommend and would stay here again if I’m lucky enough to return to Verona!! My stay in Verona exceeded all of my expectations!!

This was my second time to stay at this hotel. The location is great - it’s a few minutes walk from the arena. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is of good quality with lots of choices. However, the small single room I had on this visit was extremely expensive. While I understand that prices increase when the opera is on - €315.00 (inclusive of taxes and city taxes) is very high for such a tiny room. I didn’t even get a complementary bottle of water even though the weather was extremely hot. There was also a small issue as the soap dispenser in my room was broken - it was lying in the sink. It took two visits to the room to repair this while I waited in reception. I did appreciate being given a coffee while I waited. I will certainly look at other hotels on my next visit to Verona if the hotel is this expensive. I do plan to visit again as I thoroughly enjoyed the opera at such a historic venue.

Very small rooms, good for a one night stay, I must say that the air conditioner was optimal, probably the best I've had in Europe. Definitely a relief from 42° day.

Hotel was in a great location about a two minute walk from Arena. Room we had (Romeo) was spacious and slept three comfortably however it was in a separate building and you had to lug your luggage up a flight of stairs. Room itself was clean however, black tile floor was dirty and soiled your socks when walking on it.

We loved the location in the city. The room was spacious, very comfortable with advantages of black out blinds a hairdryer, safe and fabulous shower. Loved the rose heart on the bed too when we arrived. The staff were warm and welcoming on arrival and this carried on throughout our stay. Emails were replied to promptly. Breakfast was perfect with a gluten free basket for me being coeliac. We loved all the artwork /pictures and the flowers around the public areas. We was able to completely relax and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who visits. We even had a surprise bottle of wine included.

Excellent breakfast! The hotel is located conveniently in the heart of Verona within walking distance of many attractions. The room was clean and comfortable and the air conditioning was a nice bonus (not every hotel in the area has AC). Best breakfast we've enjoyed at a hotel in a long time! Great start to every morning. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. We would stay again next time!
