The wonderful birthday surprise they prepared touched our hearts and made this milestone celebration even more memorable. Their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care exceeded all our expectations. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a perfect location on the Grand Canal, comfortable rooms, and a charming Venetian atmosphere. Every member of the staff was warm, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. A heartfelt thank you to everyone at Hotel Principe for making my husband’s 50th birthday such a magical experience. You created memories that we will cherish forever. This is the fourth time we have been to Hotel Principe and we love it. Extremely convenient, grateful for water, taxi pick up and delivery, close to the train station, wonderful people, but an excellent excellent breakfast. We will be back.

We were very pleased with our stay at hotel Principe. My wife and I stayed in a room that would accommodate a double bed but it was two Singles pushed together come up would have been nice to have a proper bed but everything else was excellent period

Nice lobby. Great location. Unfortunately our air conditioning wasn’t working in one of the rooms. They came to fix it but it still didn’t do much. Still hot and sweaty. Totally unacceptable. Will not stay again because of that. It’s the second this has happened to someone in my party at this hotel.
