The hotel was well appointed and the staff were helpful and friendly. We arrived after a stressful day of trying to navigate the train system, so it was nice to be received with open arms. Our room was spacious, unlike some of our other European destinations. Overall, the hotel was well maintained and comfortable.

We got a really good deal for 2 nights pre cruise... the hotel is in a perfect location to the train station and port. The hotel room was comfortable although it is a bit run down and was designed for someone in a wheelchair. We had to remove shower head to wash as it was do low down. The safe was broken and we could not use. Apart from that the staff were super helpful and friendly. We did not use the restaurant as plenty of eating places close to hotel. I would still book this hotel pre cruise for a 1 or 2 night stay.

The place was good but the need up in the steep loft was tough in the middle of the night going down to go to the bathroom.

Everything was great. The only issue is they had an issue a couple days ahead of time with the water. It had rocks and dirt in the water but by the time I left everything cleared out. They fixed it and I understand things happen and they were very nice.

nice location beach across the street, cruise port walking distance about 20 minutes.. difficult with luggage .. taxi 40 euro direct to ship well worth the money, large grocery store close excellent sandwiches. room very European .. staff very helpful
