This was a great location for our trip. Very convenient to Train and Metro. Hotel staff is very helpful and we enjoyed our drinks at the rooftop bar. This will definitely be on our return trip.

The AC was turned off and locked at front desk. We had to go down and ask because we were not given any instructions on how to use the phone. It is 8 or 9 BTW. The water was cutting in and out of hot and cold. The night shift guy did not care for Americans. The morning staff was so much better, very helpful.

Good old world hotel close to train station with an old world feel and amenities Works as a base to explore Rome but the area around the hotel is full of aggressive vendors and a lot of crackheads in the street after dark so that was not great. Rest was ok. Taxis were easy to find and station was very easy to access- 5 min walk

The hotel is a palace and the staff is great. The room was clean but the rug was worn-out. There's also an alarm to ward off birds that goes off constantly starting at 6 am which is annoying. The view from the rooftop is breathtaking.
