NH Collection Venezia Murano Villa

The staff was nice and helpful. The room was spacious and clean with an added touch of wallpaper with a nice picture inside the shower. The room also had a terrace where you can enjoy a nice cup of coffee or wine.

Great hotel, really nicely located in Murano and close to a water bus stop which was really helpful. The rooms and hotel were lovely and decorated in keeping with a modern Murano style. Staff were really helpful and friendly. My only slight kind request was for them to know a bit more about the water busses etc eg we needed to pick up pre booked tickets and were told we could only get these at the Collano stop but you can get these from the ticket machine at Faro which would have been much easier if we had known. Also on the map the hotel provides it says you can pick up the red line airport water bus from Museo stop which is not the case. Just minor points and we worked it out ourselves in the end. However overall I can’t recommend this hotel enough. It was a lovely and comfortable stay in a lovely location.

Our second visit in 4 months. Loved it all again. Very quiet, excellent accommodation, great staff. Superb location. Love staying on Murano.

We were there off-season (in January). Clean modern hotel. Great location, but anywhere you stay in murano would be a good location since it’s not a very large island.

The staff overall were fantastic! At check in, they were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The housecleaning was also prompt with a small request. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Lots of sauces, jam, toppings for the fresh baked croissants and yogurt. Great drink selection as well! The room was clean and modern. Loved the brick walls and sloped ceilings. Overall a fantastic stay!

A really lovely hotel, staff are so so so helpful in every area of the hotel, cannot fault it!

AMAZING PLACE TO STAY

Great hotel ideally situated to explore Murano and beyond with good links to Venice and surrounding islands only a short walk away. The staff are professional, friendly and helpful. The rooms are of a high standard and the bed is made daily along with a fresh supply of towels. We had a lagoon view and the gentle lapping of the water and views across the lagoon were a welcome sight each morning. Breakfast was plentiful. Fresh fruit, cereal, meats and cheeses as well as a hot selection of bacon, eggs and mini sausages. The waiting staff are lovely and happy to accommodate and hot drink requests. There is a rooftop terrace which is nice to relax in after a day of walking and this overlooks the lagoon too. All in all a great hotel that comes recommended.

We absolutely loved our stay at NH Collection Murano. The staff was warm and the property is beautiful with seating areas and gorgeous views all around from our terrace and the main one above the restaurant. The breakfast buffet was plentiful. We also enjoyed being away from Venice. The shuttle is convenient but the taxi is even faster. I can’t recommend this hotel enough!

Beautiful on every level and amazing staff.

Loved staying on Murano — quieter than Venice. The hotel arranged boat transfer from the airport that was easy and from there we did the vaperetto public boats to get around including to the train station without any problems. Room was a little smaller than I expected but the patio was huge and it was nice to have a private outdoor space.

The location of this hotel is wonderful. It’s less than a 4 minute walk from the Vaporetto (Navagero) stop. It is right by the canal with cafes, restaurants and the glass museum all very close by. Within 10 minutes you can walk to several glass factories and explore central Murano. The interior is quite modern but it’s tastefully decorated. My room was a nice size with a wonderful spacious bathroom. All staff I encountered (reception, restaurant, housekeeping) were friendly and efficient. The restaurant is lovely and I appreciated they accommodated my dietary requirements. It was extremely quiet when I visited and waiting staff had time to chat and made me very welcome. I was sorry I had breakfast on my first morning as at €17.90 it was expensive. On my 2nd morning I had coffee and a brioche in the cafe across the canal and that was sufficient for me. I highly recommend this hotel and Murano is the ideal location to base yourself to visit the other islands. This was my 4th visit to Venice and I was glad I decided to stay in Murano for part of my trip to see a wonderful and different area. I will plan on returning again soon.

It was clean. The staff was helpful and the room was exactly what we needed.

Water taxi directly from the airport is very convenient. Hotel is modern and comfortable. Buffet breakfast is average. Dinner at restaurant is exceptional, but the host and bar staff need training on customer service.

Front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful in making suggestions for things to see and dinner reservations. Dining room staff was also accommodating. Breakfast buffet offered a lot of variety. Rooms were clean.

Wonderful hotel . Very clean , stylish and comfortable. Staff are also fantastic and couldn’t be more helpful . Away from busy centre so peaceful but easy 15 minute water taxi ride to central Venice . Will definitely return .

Lovely staff. Great room, just a bit cold so had to keep asking for the heating to be turned up although it was particularly cold the days we stayed. Overall I would recommend and I would come again especially as Murano is an exceptionally beautiful island.
