Housekeeping was exceptional everything else was adequate

Room was great and the staff were nice

5 Stars for the Spa and Elisabetta who is always always the best and never disappoints. However we had a very bumpy check in unfortunately this time. No special treatment for Expedia Platinum Members. Loud music in room but thankfully was dealt with after being shown two different rooms that were not up to standard (one with a very dirty wall and the other with a horrible dirty view.) Will be returning in the Fall and hope that we have a better stay then. We have always had great experiences and have returned often over many years. Willing to give another chance and hope that next time is better.

Great way to be in Murano+Venice and avoid the madding crowds in Venice. Lovely grounds, a private water taxi will take you to their private dock. rooftop terrace. All good!

Great location on Murano, which is more peaceful and quiet than Venice. Very modern and clean property with a nice breakfast spread.

Nice quaint hotel, rooms are small but they work well and have a nice terrace. Very romantic. Really the only thing we did not like is for $300 euros a night, you don’t get an included breakfast. It’s good hotel, truly, Murano is a nice town but it’s a bit pricey.

Great location and excellent staff

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Fantastic staff, who were friendly and extremely helpful. Beds very comfortable and hotel extremely clean and lovely outside areas to enjoy the views! The island of Murano is charcterful and much quieter than Venice, with a range of restaurants and shops.

Everything was great. Rated the amenities 3 stars because I didn't use them a whole lot. The free glass tour was cool, and they always kept my room clean when I requested it.

Great place to stay. Murano Island is beautiful much quiet. Only downfall is everywhere closes at around 8pm at night.

Staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. The free buffet breakfast was good. The hotel is new, clean and elegant. The only downside was we did not get any housekeeping but overall very happy with our stay.

NH Collection Venezia Murano Villa was an amazing place to stay. The location is unique, beautiful, and peaceful, making it a wonderful place to experience Venice. The staff was exceptional—everyone was friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. A special thank you to Matteo, who helped us during check-in. He provided excellent recommendations, explained how to get around Venice, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The restaurant was also excellent, with great food and a wonderful dining experience. Combined with the outstanding service and beautiful property, it made our stay even more enjoyable. The overall experience exceeded our expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Venice. The outstanding service, beautiful location, excellent restaurant, and attentive staff made this a truly memorable stay.

The rooms were cleaned and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and courteous. The breakfast was good.Now the restaurant review.Nice set up and atmosphere but if you are really hungry I would recommend going to one of restaurants around Murano instead.

Stylish hotel tastefully decorated in a good location with a good restaurant. Breakfast is excellent. The terrace on our room was huge, we had morning coffee there and wine in the evening after dinner it was perfect. Staff are attentive and friendly and gave us some great information about the water buses and local restaurants. Would absolutely stay again.

The staff was nice and helpful. The room was spacious and clean with an added touch of wallpaper with a nice picture inside the shower. The room also had a terrace where you can enjoy a nice cup of coffee or wine.

Great hotel, really nicely located in Murano and close to a water bus stop which was really helpful. The rooms and hotel were lovely and decorated in keeping with a modern Murano style. Staff were really helpful and friendly. My only slight kind request was for them to know a bit more about the water busses etc eg we needed to pick up pre booked tickets and were told we could only get these at the Collano stop but you can get these from the ticket machine at Faro which would have been much easier if we had known. Also on the map the hotel provides it says you can pick up the red line airport water bus from Museo stop which is not the case. Just minor points and we worked it out ourselves in the end. However overall I can’t recommend this hotel enough. It was a lovely and comfortable stay in a lovely location.
