This hotel was great it was close to the central station. The breakfast was excellent every day but wished it open at 6:00am. It opens at 7:00am. The Wi-Fi works good in the rooms and the staff was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again if we go to Naples, Italy.

The room was very nice and had a great view of the city. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and we were able to keep our bags at the front desk for a couple of hours past checkout to explore the city. We absolutely loved the breakfast and the restaurant’s roof top view, and would highly recommend adding it to your stay. The location of the hotel is very convenient to access the train station, but it can feel a bit unsafe to walk around at night as it’s a high traffic, urban area. However, this did not deter us from exploring during the day as there are some yummy bakeries and cafes in the area.

The property itself was good and most of the staff was nice and helpful. The downsides- there were a lot for us. No onsite parking it was a block away. Those guys were rude and jerks. No where to temporarily park Even To check in. I was not about to walk with luggage through the street at night so we had to illegally park and unload and hope we didn’t get hit by the extremely busy traffic. The area is SKETCHY at night!! Our toilet leaked and so did the shower so the floor was always wet. There were no screens on the windows so when the staff comes in to clean they open the windows. We each ended up with around 10 mosquitoes bites each and killed a lot in the room. Last, we took the items out of the fridge so we could use it for our own stuff. At check out we were charged $55 US dollars for items we didn’t use. We tried to discuss it and they said we wouldn’t be charged but when I got home and checked my bank account. The fee had gone through. I would not stay there again because of the negatives.

The location of the hotel was convenient to the train station. But outside the hotel was really dirty. The streets were safe but didn't feel safe. I felt like I needed a shower from walking through all the trash on the ground. I would have rather had a better location to cleanliness than the train station for its convenience. There was no one there to help take the bags to the room. They were helpful in calling for a taxi. The room was modern but unusual as it was circular. Was our least favorite hotel and stay (I would avoid Naples and stay in Sorrento if I had it to do again) It wasn't the fault of the hotel. It was just the neighborhood.

All in all the hotel prosperity was well maintained. However our bathroom suffered from a poorly draining shower pan where water would collect and spill onto bathroom floor. Also, the pump for the body soap dispenser did not work. Minor issues but the housekeeping staff seems oblivious to it. What bothered me the most was the litter around the property. Napoli is a famously dirty city, but the street vendors (mostly African immigrants) leave their rubbish everywhere after each day and the hotel staff does nothing to address it. The street vendors are also extremely loud from morning till end of day. It’s really disappointing that so few Neapolitans take so little pride in their city.

My husband left his medicine in the room and we were unable to have the staff simply mail it to us, so he suffered for the remainder of our vacation without it. Foreiners do not know how to arrange a courier in a foreign country. Assistance and simple empathy would have been helpful. Otherwise your hotel was lovely.

The hotel is located on Garibaldi square near the train/subway station and only 15 minute taxi ride to the airport. It was a beautiful, spacious hotel and had a wonderful restaurant on the roof top where we ate a few times. We had a room facing the square and it blocked out all the street noise and light. The room itself was probably newly renovated with nice bathrooms and wood floors. We were jet lagged so didn't have the energy to see Naples and our primary goal was to visit Pompeii, Herculaneum and Sorrento. I would highly recommend staying here.
