Awesome place to stay while in the heart of Naples. The staff is amazing. Room is large and clean. Nice roof top restaurant. The chef is amazing! Awesome for night cocktail with sunset views and amazing menu. The restaurant staff is superb. Front desk is very helpful and accommodating. Close walk to everything including the central station for Naples! Definitely a most visit again when in town.

Great location! Right across the street from Subway and train station. Bit sketchy at night but your minutes from spaccanapoli and bars. 10min subway right to Spanish quarters and other main sites.

It was just me and my teenage daughter traveling and I would stay here again in the future. The location was easily accessible to the train station and sites. The city noise was well-blocked but rooms offered a nice view. We did not take advantage of the breakfast or restaurant, but the rooftop views were beautiful. Bathroom vanities offered sufficient space for multiple females :)

Beautiful hotel. Rooms Modern, clean, rooftop restaurant fantastic. Hotel in right across the train station, minutes from spaccanapoli and coffee shops. Parking in a nearby lot was easy and only 20euro. Definitely stay again!

The location was great. Right near the train station. Easy walk to the Spanish quarter and the waterfront. The staff was friendly unhelpful.

The reception staff were very helpful. They checked us in early and upgraded our standard room to a corner suite with 3 large windows/balconies. Any other location this would have been wonderful but it meant that it was very noisy as overlooked a busy road. The bar/restaurant was very good with fantastic rooftop views, the location was great as very near train/metro station and within walking distance of a number of sights. I would recommend.

The interior is fairly spacious, the complementary breakfast is excellent(!), and the rooftop restaurant is top notch with a very decent view

We have stayed here 3 or 4 times before and were welcomed warmly, including by Antonio (who helps with luggage). Giuseppe, who took care of our check-in. provided us free of charge with an upgraded room in gratitude for our continuing visits. Salvatore in the restaurant was wonderful when we had lunch with friends: he was attentive to our wishes and cordiality personified. The location across from the train station and the terrace restaurant and bar are two of the main attractions of the UNA.

Estadia incrível. Equipe muito atenciosa, apesar do exterior do hotel não ser moderno, o quarto era mto moderno, limpo. Localização mto boa, do lado terminal de ônibus e trem.

El hotel bien, el personal muy atento. La zona descuidada y mucha basura en la calle.

Exzellent Location for Train Connections including Pompeij. Rough area. Great Rooftop Restaurant. Staff friendly and helpful. Clean and enjoyable rooms.

The property itself was good and most of the staff was nice and helpful. The downsides- there were a lot for us. No onsite parking it was a block away. Those guys were rude and jerks. No where to temporarily park Even To check in. I was not about to walk with luggage through the street at night so we had to illegally park and unload and hope we didn’t get hit by the extremely busy traffic. The area is SKETCHY at night!! Our toilet leaked and so did the shower so the floor was always wet. There were no screens on the windows so when the staff comes in to clean they open the windows. We each ended up with around 10 mosquitoes bites each and killed a lot in the room. Last, we took the items out of the fridge so we could use it for our own stuff. At check out we were charged $55 US dollars for items we didn’t use. We tried to discuss it and they said we wouldn’t be charged but when I got home and checked my bank account. The fee had gone through. I would not stay there again because of the negatives.

Trevlig och hjälpsam personal samt en mycket trevlig takrestaurang där det även serverades frukost. Vi satt ute vilket var helt perfekt både till frukost och en ljum sommarkväll för middag.

The location of the hotel was convenient to the train station. But outside the hotel was really dirty. The streets were safe but didn't feel safe. I felt like I needed a shower from walking through all the trash on the ground. I would have rather had a better location to cleanliness than the train station for its convenience. There was no one there to help take the bags to the room. They were helpful in calling for a taxi. The room was modern but unusual as it was circular. Was our least favorite hotel and stay (I would avoid Naples and stay in Sorrento if I had it to do again) It wasn't the fault of the hotel. It was just the neighborhood.

This hotel was great it was close to the central station. The breakfast was excellent every day but wished it open at 6:00am. It opens at 7:00am. The Wi-Fi works good in the rooms and the staff was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again if we go to Naples, Italy.

Sängarna var hårda och hotellet ligger lite smaskigt till . Torget mellan hotell och järnvägsstationen var väldigt skräpigt och kändes otryggt när det blev mörkt. Det som var topp på detta hotell var rooftopen som var underbar! Frukost som middag eller bara en drink där man ser utöver Neapels hustak, havet och Vesivius.
