The hotel had pros and cons. Me and my husband stayed in a one bedroom apartment room for nearly a week. Pro: - Less than 2 min walk to beach - right on the strip near lots of restaurants - Hospital right across the street for those of us who are easily injured on vacation - Staff is very friendly Cons - no one could tell me where the continental breakfast was located even after I asked several employees, on our last day we were pointed to a restaurant where breakfast was made to order and charged per item, so they don’t offer continental breakfast - The water pressure was low the entire stay I like a pressure wash after going to beach - The plugs for the bedroom, only one worked the rest never worked with my phone charger - The stove was missing a covering - The room is outdated - WiFi very unreliable it goes in and out all day long. As someone who doesn’t have a international plan I needed it to contact family and the calls wouldn’t go through or dropped frequently -you can here the street sounds all night long and every morning

Pleasant staff, clean room, bar beach staff very pleasant. Pool fine and so wonderful on the beach

We had the greatest maid, Yanique. She took excellent care of us and the room was always spotless.

Property is run down. Needs a lot of repairs.

The room was clean, comfortable and suited our needs. Access to the beach was perfect which we enjoyed daily.

Breakfast was not included . Room did not have basics such as kettle and iron or cups.

The room was clean and spacious. When we arrived all the appliances (except the microwave) were hooped (due to an electrical fire). The staff immediately fixed or replaced all affected appliances. The staff is very friendly and polite.

The property looks extremely outdated. The customer service is very slow. The safety at the property could be better and staff could be more professional.

Nice place to stay

I love this property. Right on the beach with a bar and restaurant right on the sand, doesn't get any better than this. It is always a comfortable stay.

Great staff and awesome location right next to the bridge into town. Very little beach traffic goes by so you dont get hassled as much and its laid back

Need more work to make it look better, but staff were friendly.

The property had a sizable beach area in comparison to the properties on either side & kept very clean. The life guard & staff were very helpful. Enjoyed having a great view from the room's patio. Lovely flower gardens surrounded the pool.

Rooms near the road super noisy and uneasthestic / poor balcony view. There were loud cars passing and loud late night parties keeping you up. Outdated wooden windows and doors didn't allow for adequate sound proofing.

We absolutely love the Beach Club Condos location on the beach, it is second to none. Kitchen stove didn’t work well, but we just rolled with it. Overall, our stay at the Beach Club was as anticipated, no major complaints. Through Expedia we also purchased return airport shuttle as part of our package, provided by Destination Services. They were absolutely horrible and caused us a LOT of unnecessary stress. We will NEVER use this service EVER again and will warn others not to use them. When we checked in at their kiosk, they gave us a sheet and stressed the importance of registering for our pick-up the next day, but when we tried they had hotel pick-up at the wrong location. I finally got customer service, they told me they would let the driver know our pick-up location and said to check back again in a couple days. When we checked in again, they still had our location incorrect and couldn’t provide a pickup time. I spoke to customer service and again said they would let to drive know. This back-and-forth continued throughout our trip. We ended up having to call to confirm our pick-up location and time. Our friends used the same service and an error, the service came to pick them up at 5 AM instead of the time indicated on their reservation, and instead of fixing their error they cancelled the reservation altogether. We were all at the Beach Club. Unfortunately, our friends ended up having to pay for a taxi to take them to the airport. Just awful service!
