Location is very good for transportation and restaurants.

The staff at the front desk is awesome..so helpful and patient, kind and accommodating. Able to multi task with all the guests. Especially liked Emaru who was a trainee very welcoming.

Really liked this hotel. Nothing extravagant, just a nice clean hotel close to the station and plenty of food options. Pretty small rooms by American standards but that’s not a bad thing or a negative for the hotel. Just mentioning for other Americans who may be reading. If you’re staying in the room with another guest, make sure you really like that person because it’s a tight space.

The standard room is super tiny but is clean. The area is great and super walkable and close to a metro stop.

Italian restaurant attached at lobby. Very quaint. Easy listening music. Nice staff. Breakfast buffet in the morning, if purchased. Sufficient quantity; reasonable priced. Comfortable bed and excellent air conditioning. Bath towels changed everyday. I have been at this hotel 3 or 4 times. It is well managed. I will continue to use this site when I visit Tokyo. Maximum of two city blocks walking distance from the Metro subway station. Two major subway lines - one line to Tokyo Station; other line, to Ginza shopping area.

Great location for dining options and nightlife, has a link to most of the tube line. Just be aware its not a quite area. And the rooms are on the smaller size for a APA hotel.

Typical business hotel. Great location.

Not all staff members speak and understand English, But they try and use Google Translate. So I truly appreciate that. My stay was comfortable and I had easy access to transportation. APA hotel is just 5mins away from the train station. They would also help you book airporter so you can send your luggage to the airport or to your next hotel

Large variety of restaurants near or next to hotel. Walking distance to Metro lines. Comfortable room. Residents are quiet. Good breakfast buffet in Italian restaurant attached to hotel.

Nice place, well located. Room are very small, you have jump over your partner when you are sitting on the bed. Breakfast is fantastic!

Clean, access to train stations, lots of eateries both japanese and western, close to fancy and reasonably priced stores and safe neighborhood.

Excellent location , staff friendly , but pur ro had some weird smell and my daughter found a bug bed

We stayed at three different APA motels during our Japan trip, in each, we had booked a double room, the first two APA hotels were great however this hotel in particular was horrendous. Our double room was considerably smaller than the double room we had at the two previous APA motels. The positioning of the room was extremely inconvenient, with the TV being to the left of the bed on the wall so you can’t even lay in bed watching tv really. The door stop was nailed into the ground at the end of the bed and the amount of times we stubbed our feet on this!! The shower was leaking, barely anywhere to put our luggage (other hotels we could store it under the bed) We asked twice for a new room, not to be upgraded but to be moved to another double room however they would not do this without charging us extra. The check in process was annoying, having to do it ourselves on a self service checkin which caused problems when our reservation couldn’t be found. We were constantly hearing what was happening in the hallway and when the cleaners were cleaning, right outside our room door was all the dirty washing etc which was frustrating. The room itself had its issues in presentation, multiple marks on the mirror, carpet coming apart, wall paper scratches etc. we weren’t impressed with this APA HOTEL and they were not very accommodating when I wanted to change rooms considering we were there for 7 nights.

Nice but a bit dated facilities
