Everything was amazing!!!

Excellent hotel, clean, comfortable, quiet, great location.

I would stay at this hotel again. All the rooms are above 20th floor so it’s fairly quiet. The airport Limo stops in front of this hotel and there’s 711 at the lobby. Additionally, it’s very close to a lot of places, including the train station.

The location of this hotel is very convenient and because the views of Tokyo from the hotel are excellent.

This is my go to hotel when traveling to Tokyo! The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. Having a mini fridge and safe in the room is great. The staff was very nice and helpful. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Wish they had natto^^. Hotel is very close to Shinjuku station which is a plus. Also the hotel is a stop for the limousine bus to either Haneda or Narita airport.

Loved this hotel and location. Staff were extremely knowledgeable of what’s in the area, breakfast buffet was average. Close to Shinjuku Train station, shopping and it’s located in a great area. I would definitely recommend.

Century Southern Tower Hotel was a wonderful final stay for my last two nights in Tokyo. The biggest highlights of this property are definitely the spectacular views and the breakfast. The breakfast was probably the best I had during my entire trip to Japan, with a great mix of Japanese offerings along with more Western-style breakfast options that felt comforting before my long journey home. My room had beautiful city views, especially at night, and I appreciated the thoughtful layout and good storage space for luggage and shopping after nearly three weeks of travel. The room was comfortable, clean, and perfectly adequate for relaxing and repacking before departure. The hotel is also extremely conveniently located right next to Shinjuku Station, making transportation around Tokyo and the airport transfer very easy. Despite being in such a busy area, the hotel itself felt calm, comfortable, and upscale. The front desk staff were extremely helpful throughout my stay. Communication was surprisingly easy because the staff would quickly bring out a translator device whenever needed, which made asking questions and getting assistance very smooth and stress-free. Overall, the hotel provided an excellent final Tokyo experience, and I would definitely recommend it for travelers wanting comfort, convenience, incredible city views, and one of the best hotel breakfasts in Japan.

One of the nicest Hotels I've ever stayed at. Everything was great.

Hotel was conveniently located. very close to Shinjuku station. Room was average size. No gym in the building which surprised me, as all 4 star hotels I've been to had a gym included.

A quick friendly welcome at a hotel very close to the station. Lots of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars nearby and perfect for train journeys. The room was a bit tight, which was ok but there were too many in-room amenities (weird complaint I know) but it meant we were short on space for our own items. We slept well in the comfy bed and would stay again if in the area.
