Panoramic room on the 22nd floor with superb views across the Shinjuku skyline. The perfect hotel room to stay in the night before closing the Tokyo Chapter of my Japan journey. Wonderfully comfortable bed, excellent facilities. Very friendly staff. Also had breakfast, great selection at the buffet and excellent to have 2 chefs making eggs and omelettes to order. Superb as well to be able to order an iron and actual ironing board into the room. The only hotel in Japan I’ve been able to do this and finally iron my clothes. Overall a wonderful stay. Highly recommended.

The room was a good size with good amenities. The breakfast was great, with good variety and mostly fresh. Just a short stroll to Shinjuku. The staff were friendly and very helpful and room very clean. A good experience all-round.

Great Location easy access to tourist spots for Shibuya and Shinjuku. We had a higher floor which had a great view. The hotel was a little outdated like the bathroom area. The buffet was good food but I think it should have more variety for food choices.

Large comfortable room, very clean with great views of the city. We added the daily breakfast which was great! Lots of choices. Central location, lots of dining options nearby, could walk to many places and the train station was minutes away. Highly recommend.
