Free Breakfast and washer/dryer in the room. It was nice to have a roomy room, since most hotels in Japan are small. Had roomy one bed room apt. Close to Namba station, shops and restaurants. Only 8-10 minute walk to Dotonbori.

The Residence location is quite near the Namba Station and major shopping malls. Easy to go for food and shopping. The staff are helpful and attentive. Good experience.

Great location, value and spacious! Staff courteous and attentive. I’d definitely stay here again. It was useful to have a kitchen and laundry in the room. We booked a one bedroom suite which suited us well. Very close to Namba station and across the street from the best ramen shop!

Compared to the others hotels I’ve stayed in Japan, my room was huge! It had wardrobe space (others didn’t even have a rail) and even a mini kitchen and washing machine. Unfortunately I was only there 2 nights but would have been perfect for a longer stay. The sauna and steam room were a little bonus and there was a decent gym. My room smelt a little smokey when I arrived but the receptionist was really helpful to air out the room for me and regularly checked in to make sure all was ok. Breakfast was mostly Asian-style with a few continental options. Great location, there was even a signpost for the hotel in Namba Station!

The Frasier Residence hotel has everything you"ll need. Excellent, friendly staff. The apartment had plenty of room including a living room and full kitchen. We were able to wash our clothes in the washer/dryer combo machine located in our unit. Accommodations included daily breakfast with a variety of foods. Lastly, the location of the property was within walking distance to the train station, shopping and restaurants. Everything you could need right outside the hotel doors. I highly recommend the Frasier Residence hotel in Osaka.

The 1 bedroom was very spacious with lots of closet space. Loved having a washer/dryer and kitchen. I didn't partake in the breakfast, but bought groceries for breakfast at a nearby market. The subway station is very close and you're across the street from Namba Parks mall, which is a series of malls/restaurants. Very easy to get to Dontonbori, the kitchen street, shotengai's, the Yasaka shrine and more.

We had a wonderful stay at Fraser Residence Nankai Osaka and would recommend it. The room was spacious and very well-equipped, with great amenities including a small kitchen, washer/dryer, and comfortable beds. It made the stay feel much more convenient and relaxing, especially for just a night or two. The complimentary breakfast was a great bonus. It was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. The location is another major highlight. It’s close to shopping areas and within easy reach of Dotonbori, making it perfect for exploring Osaka. There are also plenty of great restaurants nearby, which made dining out incredibly convenient. Overall, this hotel offered comfort, convenience, and a great location. I would definitely stay here again.

This is our 2nd time staying at the Fraser Residence Nankai and we just love everything about it. The staff and administration are wonderful and are extremely helpful, accomodating, and kind. The general manager and all his staff value guests loyalty and repeat guests which we appreciate it very much. The location is wonderful as it is across from the Namba station connecting to subway lines and private rail lines. Across the hotel is McDonalds and many restaurants abound. Another reason we love the location is because it is a one minute walk to the Edion arena for the Grand Sumo Tournament in March. Breakfasts selection is varied and it is all very tasty. It is both Western and Japanese items with plenty of different side dishes, juices, ice creams, pastries, and fresh fruits. Again, the staff at the restaurant is very kind and they remember their guests from previous stays. How amazing is that! We stayed in a one bedroom with 2 beds this year instead of the 2 bedrooms because of the price point. The room is very spacious even for the 3 of us (adults). There is even a walk in closet with lots of space for luggage and the washer/dryer in the room is so convenient. No need to go downstairs for communal washer/dryer. Because we are 3 adults, the sofa couch in the living room was made into a bed and the mattress was extremely comfortable. Our 2 twinb beds were also very comfortable airing on the firmer side which we love. We never woke up with a sore back. We love Fraser!
