Enjoyable area with several things to do within the facility. The rooms are old but well maintained.

Everything was fine, but just old and seems lack of proper maintenance. But the staff were excellent. I left my passport in my room and they helped us to find it out when I was checking in my next hotel.

Nice attractions and scenery and beeakfast. Rooms were clean and space.

I was incredibly impressed with my recent stay at your hotel. It truly exceeded all my expectations! The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk away from the vibrant Shibuya nightlife and an amazing shopping experience. Being so close to the train station made exploring the city a breeze. The room itself was immaculate, combining modern elegance with plenty of space to relax and unwind. Everything was spotlessly clean, which made my stay even more comfortable. Without a doubt, I am already looking forward to my next visit. Thank you for providing such an outstanding experience—I can't wait to return!

Amazing and relaxing stay

The hotel was within the Toki no Sumika resort so it was easy walking to the restaurants, shops, and illumination. The hotel room was clean but their beds and pillows were hard, which, is the Japanese standard. However, I’m a memory foam type of gal so for me it was very uncomfortable. The view of Mount Fuji from our room was outstanding! We didn’t request a Mountain View room so this wasn’t an additional fee. Their onsen within the hotel was small without an outside onsen. But it was clean and nice. They do provide a coupon for free usage of one of the onsens within the resort, but it was around a 5 minute walk outside the hotel. That onsen was bigger and nice. The breakfast buffet was small but okay. The view of Mount Fuji was fantastic while eating. Overall, I would recommend people to stay at this hotel if you are planning on going to Toki no Sumika for the winter illumination!

受付の方の説明がわかりやすく丁寧。 初めてでなかなか分かりにくい道でしたが、マップに書いてくれたので助かりました。 また泊まりに行きます。

建物は古い感じもしますが、綺麗に掃除されてありました。イルミネーションとても素敵でした。

客室は綺麗で清潔にされてます。

スタッフさんたちはとても丁寧に対応してくれます。

15時チェックインの1時間前に着いてしまいましたがスタッフの方が客室の清掃が終わっているとの事でお部屋に案内してくださいました。ありがとうございました。 お部屋も広く綺麗でとても良かったです。

大きなスーパー銭湯や敷地が広く、レストランやイルミネーションがある。施設が古くなってきており、そろそろ古い宿泊棟は改装に入ってもいいかと思った。
