Very close to Gora Station! It's a charming green hotel. While dinner add-ons are available, even without them, they still offer sweets and free-flow drinks in the public space for free!! The public area was neat, clean, and cozy. Breakfast was delicious, and the hotel features a relaxing foot onsen right in the middle of the property!

Great location, easy flat walk from both Gora and Chokokunomori stations. Great amenities with complementary drinks, snacks and other things. Lovely shared spaces to enjoy and the room size was large by Japan's standards. The hotel is older and this shows a little in some areas but very clean and overall it was a very comfortable stay.

We had an amazing stay and our only regret was that we only stayed one night. Our room was large, the beds comfortable and the bathroom new and efficient. The overall properties and amenities were well above what we had expected. Stay at least 2 nights and enjoy both a wonderful property and beautiful area.

Close to Gora station.
We stayed in the Condo, so it was a separate building to go to the Onsen & lobby/lounge area.
We enjoyed evening snack and sweets.
We couldn't change the room temperature and asked for help from the hotel and came to find out the temperature couldn't be changed so the room was too warm to sleep comfortably.
Over all, we enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at Hakone Yutowa.
The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from the Hakone-Gora station. The hotel offers a calm, pleasant atmosphere with beautiful greenery and trees throughout the grounds. While communication in English was occasionally a challenge, the staff remained incredibly friendly and professional. We thoroughly enjoyed both the public and private onsens. Our room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped. The complimentary snacks and beverages were also a fantastic perk that added extra value to our stay, along with the restaurant onsite.

Close to Gora station, has a nice public bath, free snacks, sweets and drinks at night.
Breakfast time was short from 7 to 8:30.
The room was hot but no way to control the thermostat individuality.
Couldn't figure out the night light by the bedside table.
Loved free Popsicles after the bath.
Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Property is a slight walk from Gora station , make sure you are prepared for rain if you are walking to the property. Overall experience with the place and staff was pretty positive, the only slight issue I have was that there was only 1 coin laundry machine , so you need to be strategic about washing of clothes

Location was great for exploring Gora. Approx halfway between gora station and open air museum. 5min walk. Breakfast was pretty good, mostly eastern - only a few western options. Dinner was really great for included meal. Mostly eastern options. Recommend using cable car to get up hill and then walk down the hill again. Only issues were the room was warm and couldnt lower air con below 22 and beds were very hard.

Nice hotel close to Gora Station. We got a room in the condo wing and it was very spacious with a great view. Easy walk to a couple of main sites in the area, such as the Open Air Museum. Staff was also nice. Breakfast buffet was really good, too. Only complaint was the breakfast buffet room was cramped, so navigating through the food tables/areas with your tray and all the people was not fun.
