ฮาโกเนะ ยูโตวา

ที่พักเงียบสงบ เหมาะแก่การพักผ่อน มีออนเซนส่วนตัว มีอาหารค่ำและอาหารเช้าที่ดีมากๆๆ จุดพักผ่อนในโรงแรมเยอะมากๆ อยู่โรงแรมทั้งวันได้เลย ทริปนี้ฉันได้ลืม Airpods ไว้ในห้องพัก โรงแรมเก็บไว้ให้ด้วย ต้องขอบคุณมากๆ เลยค่ะ

ที่จอดรถไกลไปหน่อย เดินผ่านลมหนาว เจ้าหน้าที่พยายามช่วยเหลือเท่าที่ทำได้ ห้องพักสะดวกสบาย กว้างขวาง มี onsen ทั้งส่วนรวม และส่วนตัว บุปเฟ่ต์ อร่อย อาหารหลากหลายทั้งเช้าและเย็น

Very convenient location, about 5min walk from Gora Station and there is a bus stop just right outside the entrance (where we took a straight bus to Gotemba Premium Outlets). Hotel lounge was cozy, with lots of seating options, food and drink areas, and even books/manga available for reading. Our room (Twin Room 30m2) was huge and the bed was really comfy. As for the toilet, we didn't even use it as we just showered at the public bath! The outdoor area which had a campfire and a foot bath was also lovely. We also got halfboard which was buffet-style but while the food options were quite exciting the quality was just decent and we weren't too impressed by it. However, for S$313 a night, would have expected more. Free flow alcohol is quite a draw though.

全体的に納得か出来た。 　料理は美味しく品数も多くてほぼ満足。スタッフの対応は愛想よく好感がもてた。あと、部屋は広くてのんびり出来た。　

Had a great stay at Hakone Yutowa. The rooms were of decent size and the breakfast was good. The hotel was a short distance from Gora Station and the Hakone Open Air museum. There are a number of lounging areas in the hotel which I liked. Refreshments and snacks were free on the 2nd floor. We also utilised the private onsen which is just outside our room. Will be staying here again if we go back to Hakone.

Great hotel, well located and friendly staff

Our stay at Hakone Yutowa was great. The room (Condominium A) was very spacious and had a good amount of natural light. The amenities we plenty, both in the rooms and within the hotel as well. There was lots of space to relax and enjoy the atmosphere around the property too. The complimentary snacks and drinks in the afternoons were well received, and breakfast had a fair variety of options. I would absolutely love to come and stay again.

Public onsen is too crowded. Private female onsen used by males.

Carpet is dirty in the elevators. The carpet is worn on the stairs. It’s good value and comfortable.

當時預訂價格性價比高，強羅站距離近不用上下斜坡，有漫畫區，休息區指定時間有飲品小食免費提供。 雖然沒有露天風呂，但有露天足湯休息區。 浴場外有果茶牛奶冰棒。

Probably the best hotel I have ever stayed at in Japan. The hotel is a nice mix of traditional and contemporary. Everything was depicted exactly as it was shown in the photos. The onsen wasn't too crowded. The location was perfect. I recommend getting dinner at the hotel it was exceptional. The entire staff was was next level service. I would stay here again if I could.

The room looked very different from the photos, which were clearly taken several years ago. The tatami flooring was covered in questionable stains. The small non-tatami area (meant for removing shoes and storing luggage) was literally tiny, which probably explains why the tatami is so dirty—guests most likely end up stepping on it with their shoes and rolling their suitcases on it. The in-room amenities felt more in line with a one- or two-star hotel: very basic furniture, a bean-filled pillow, an extremely simple and tiny bathroom, a door that opens the wrong way, and an overall unpleasant smell. On top of that, we found a hair on the bed. The common areas were completely unmaintained. The carpets were very, very stained, and the place was very dusty—in short, the hotel was dirty. The only saving grace was the staff, who were warm and welcoming. The breakfast was also very varied, with options for all tastes, which was a definite plus.

書籍のラインナップは、いまいち。 漫画は良かったようで、家族で漫画を、読む者はずっと読んでいた。 また書籍を読む場所は、パブリックスペースなので仕方ないですが、外国人がご自身のパソコンでサッカーを観ながら「fu**’ !」を連発されて、不快な時間も長くあった。 露天がないです。 食事はビジネスホテルくらいです。

客室はいつも通りきれいで静か、良い休暇を 過ごせました。フロントも丁寧でしたが 領収書の名前の漢字を打ち間違えて、 ご愛敬でした。 次回オーブントースターを拝借したいです。 　もう少し安価で泊まりたいです。

今回は家族の一年に一度の旅行で、多くのホテルを検討した末にゆとわを選びました。ホテル全体はとても良く、静かで優雅な環境が心身をリラックスさせてくれます。フロントスタッフや食堂のスタッフの態度も素晴らしかったです。娘はこの旅行にとても満足し、温泉がとても気持ち良かったと言っていました。唯一残念だったのは客室内部で、畳の床のため、以前の宿泊客が残したと思われる汚れが経年により目に見える状態になっていました。布団にはほこりっぽい感じがして、鼻が少しかゆくなりました。でも全体的には非常に良い体験でした。また宿泊できればと思います。スタッフの皆様、本当にお疲れ様でした。心より感謝申し上げます。
