The hotel and staff were amazing and the proximity to both parks made it so convenient!

This property was exceptionally clean and the staff was very welcoming

Hotel lobby restrooms had a strong stench of urine. The room toilet had a smell as well. The hotel is far from everything so expect to travel for nice restaurants. The breakfast is expensive and mid, nothing to write home about. I wouldn’t stay here again because of the location, the price was high and had smelly bathrooms.

The hotel, staff, and location were absolutely amazing! I was fortunate to book one of the ocean view rooms and the view was breathtaking— it was definitely one of the most memorable parts of the trip. Additionally, the staff was helpful, courtesy and professional! They always had smiles on their faces and were always willing to help! Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and I would definitely book a room here if I were to travel there again! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Overall, we had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would happily stay here again. The property was clean, modern, and very well maintained. Our room was comfortable and spotless, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its location. Being so close to the train station made it incredibly convenient to explore Tokyo and travel to other destinations without any hassle. The dining options were another highlight of our stay. The ramen was absolutely delicious and quickly became one of our favorite meals at the hotel. We also had an excellent experience at the Silva Lounge. The drinks were outstanding, and the steak was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. Having multiple quality dining options on site was a huge plus after long days of sightseeing. There were only a couple of things that kept the experience from being perfect. I was disappointed that guests have to pay an additional fee to use the pool. For a hotel of this quality, I believe pool access should be included with the stay. I also wish there were a complimentary shuttle to Disneyland. Since many guests visit the parks, a free shuttle would make transportation much more convenient. Despite those minor drawbacks, the positives far outweighed the negatives. The excellent location, clean accommodations, outstanding food, and friendly service made this a memorable stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others visiting Tokyo.

We reserved for 2 adults and two teenagers. Upon check in we were advised that the room ONLY had two twin beds. Had to.pay extra bed charge to get two.more twins added to the room. Funny thing...each of the original twins had another twin bed underneath it that housekeeping just pulled out and made the bed. Other than the # of bed misunderstanding this Hilton is on the level of a high end US Hilton. Restaurants and shopping on the gorunds.were high end and expensive.

Great Hotel…..but it cost extra to use the outdoor pool and the restaurants are expensive. Overall an excellent place to stay with kids though.

Fantastic place to stay, free bus to the train station which is convenient. Staff were lovely.

Very clean, great customer service and great location.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our trip to Tokyo. The location, service, facilities, and overall experience were excellent, and everything met our expectations. Our son especially loved the Disney-themed room, which made the stay even more memorable for our family. The only downside was a noticeable odor coming from the bathroom when we first entered the room. It wasn’t a major issue, but it did affect our first impression of an otherwise fantastic stay. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again. Thank you to the staff for making our visit so enjoyable!

i like the shuttles to the train stations

This hotel was amazing. Close to Disney, the pools were great, the staff were amazing, helpful, and friendly, food was incredible and the hotel and rooms were well maintained and modern. We are so sad to leave and we cannot wait to return.

We absolutely loved our stay. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. It was amazing having breakfast included and access to the lounge with your stay. We felt so at home and didn’t want to leave. The location is perfect right by the parks and close to a train station. I would highly recommend staying there if you are going with a big family or going to the parks.

We paid for generic theming and general access and we were happy. If you desperately want the explicit brand and the 15 minutes of early entry (maybe) then you should pay for it. We were glad we saved the money to enjoy in the park instead. Those access passes aren’t cheap!

The property had a great location. We were disappointed that when our group of teenagers wanted to cool off in the beautiful outdoor pool, we were told that it costs 7500 JPY (equivalent to around $65 CDN) to use the pool PER PERSON. I guess the restaurant owns the pool and you need to reserve a meal and time slot to use the pool. If I had know this I likely would have paid the extra for a Disney property so that my group of 16 could use the pool. Otherwise a great property, but not being able to use the pool that is advertised on the Expedia site is disappointing. Paying the extra to use the pool for a few hours for 16 people would have blown my budget.

Conveniently located by Tokyo Disney parks. Check in was fast and efficient. Staff available to help with anything. Shuttle services to maihama station that connects to Disneyland and Tokyo. Bayside monorail station across the street if monorail is your choice to Disney parks. Pools are an extra fee if you want to use that service. There’s Lawson and Disney store inside the hotel. Room is clean and toiletries are provided daily. Slippers and robes available to use in the room. Bed is comfy and very clean. Ocean view is the best.
