Hilton Tokyo Bay

We had an awesome stay at Hilton Tokyo Bay. We were fortunate to receive a room upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the overall experience was truly excellent. The staff were incredibly pleasant, helpful, and always willing to assist in any way, which made traveling with our family and young kids much easier. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to the monorail, making trips to and from the parks smooth and stress-free. We especially appreciated the luggage services—having a Yamato Transport counter in the lobby made it simple to ship our bags to our next destination. There’s also a Lawson in the lobby, which was incredibly convenient for grabbing snacks, drinks, or anything we needed before heading to the parks or back to our room. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Rooms & accomodation were great. Restaurant was more expensive than we were expecting but we didn't use this often and Lawson's was available for any snacking needs. Great location and easy to access other locations with the free shuttle bus.

Super attendant staff, very clean room, fantastic location (right across from the monorail), easy check out and check in, great stores (Lawson’s on property) with great hours. You can’t go wrong. I would just avoid the Illy, it’s overpriced in my opinion and Lawson’s has better pastries.

Excellent location near a Disney monorail stop with a hotel onsen and great ramen. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and our room had a small fridge. There’s also some nice shops and a Lawson’s on the lobby floor. A limousine bus can take you and your luggage to Haneda Airport. The only inconvenience was having to leave your room and go to the lobby to have your food heated.

The staff were all very nice and helpful. Executive breakfast and snacks were great. Rooms were spacious.

Charming room for kids featuring interactive displays that were fun. Hotel seemed a little dated, but updated well. Rooms were a good size for a family of four. Beds were very comfortable.

It’s a really nice hotel and very clean. Keep in mind that it is a resort hotel so you’re bound to dining in the restaurants at the hotel. You can’t easily go out and find other restaurants. There is also a Lawson there for convenience. You also have to pay to use the pool too.

Breakfast was wonderful and varied feom traditional japanese food to a good mix of western cuisine too. All the staff is super friendly. The rooms were wonderful, clean and plenty spacious!

Everything is wonderful except that the breakfast buffet was somewhat disappointing. I have seen better buffets in much smaller hotel chains in Japan.

It was a great experience. I had an amazing massage 💆‍♀️ in their Spa. The rooms were very clean and tidy.

Love the family room, and the kids loved the decoration and bunk bed. Great access to the monorail to the park. Loved the breakfast buffet but be prepared it gets busy. And the 2 Watsons were so convenient in the lobby

Breakfast was excellent with lots of variety—both American and Japanese options—and having two restaurant choices included was a huge plus. The Lawson in the lobby was super convenient for snacks and essentials, and the free shuttle made getting around easy. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and spoke great English. Highly recommend—would definitely stay here again!
