Superb location relative to Okayama Station. Access is easiest through the covered shopping arcade. Staff are young, they were polite, professional, and helpful, not warm which is ok. Room is clean and spacious for Japan. Hot baths are a huge bonus. Try the onigiri shop downstairs!

必要にして充分なホテル。心地の良いシンプルさ。大浴場も現代の需要に合っているが、サウナの温度はやや低め。アメニティが部屋にないのは最近よくあるスタイルでそれは構わないが、ならばレイザーや歯ブラシはせめて大浴場には置いて欲しい。

The bed & pellow are pretty home-like, I have no problem sleeping with them. Staff are really courteous. But the air-conditioner in my single room is not at the perfect location, where the wind either blows directly behind when you sit, or blows directly on your mat when you sleep. I got a fever on the third day and decided to turn to 27 degree but luckily it works very well. I really prefer all the 'seasonal hotsprings', where you feel the outdoor cold breeze. The gym is a bit small but fairly equipped.

Great location by the station. Easy to get around town. Plenty of food options all around. Service was good. Bath was lovely and spotlessly clean. Room was small and tight. Bed and pillows were hard as rocks. Very uncomfortable sleeping for us both.
