This was our second stay there. Staff was nice and our room was clean. We like their welcome sweets and happy hour. Being close to the train station, the location was good for us. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby also.

What a hidden gem. They have men's and women's baths along with complementary snacks and drinks in the evening. Everything was spotless and friendly staff. It is an older hotel but all the little extras give it a five star.

Good location, close to train stations. Very walkable area for restaurants and shopping. The breakfast had limited vegetarian options. The hotel does have a happy hour with a free drink which is a nice touch.

Good value for money - spacious room - location very convenient - only one street away from the busy Kitasenju station. Looks bit old (eg only one elevator) but otherwise well updated with most modern amenities, including a RJ45 port for wired internet. And surprise! There is a massage chair in my corner room!
