My stay was wonderful at the hotel with the central location, easy to access all malls around it, especially the Osaka Central station. We had a good stay even though room standard in Japan is small for a family with kid. So far so good. We will be back again!

The location was so convenient! Linked to Osaka station… and many other shopping, dining hubs in the area! The check-in and check-out process used machines, but staff were there to help in case you experienced troubleshooting. Staying at this hotel really made your travel easier!

Great location next to Osaka station. Newly opened hotel with a nice and clean atmosphere. The hotel provided free coffee and tea, also necessary items like a comb and toothbrush at the lobby on the 9th floor. Very good hotel indeed.

Our stay started out a bit bumpy. We reserved a high floor room with two beds. High floor rooms were more expensive, and it seemed to be a nicer room. When we got to our room, we were disappointed! It was in pretty bad shape and extremely small. We went down to recrption and voiced our concern. We were promptly moved to a new room on a lower floor. It was much nicer. Looked to have been renovated more recently and was slightly bigger. Laundry facility was outstanding and the staff was kind. Looks like the hotel is renovating each floor. Happy that the staff took our concerns with the first room and promptly made it right. Hotel is in the middle of everything in Umeda. Right next to Yodabashi Camera.

I’ll start with the good points - well situated in a mall connected to Osaka station so the hotel was super convenient; check in and check out was at self-service kiosks, which was very easy; and the room was bigger than I expected. The not so good points are: this is a massive hotel with a lot of patrons and you have to take two elevators to get to your room from the street or train station levels, so the elevators were crowded and slow when multiple patrons have to enter and exit. There are also limited amenities - no cotton swabs or cotton pads and only reusable slippers were provided (which I did not feel comfortable using even though a sign said they had been disinfected). Also I could hear the noise from the trains below (from the 35th floor).
