What Guests Say About Their Stay

The property is steps from the Uniqlo Flagship store, steps to amazing restaurants, and very close to many convienent stores. Although it's super convenient, my husband and I weren't sure if we liked our room at first. We were on the fifth floor with no sunlight (facing another building) and our room and bed just felt really small and it felt cramped (which we were honestly expecting). However, we spoke to one of the hotel staff after our first night and asked if it was possible to upgrade. We spoke with Harada and she was the most kind and friendly person!! She helped us upgrade our room to a bigger room with sunlight with a bigger bed and more space! We absolutely loved it. I think once we got the upgrade we fell in love with the hotel. It was such a nice and affordable upgrade and it made a huge difference. Our new room felt a lot cleaner too and brighter (both figuratively and literally)!. Thank you to Harada for making our experience at this hotel a great one! Everything from check in to check out was a smooth process. OH! Also the hotel provided UMBRELLAS when it was raining which was so wonderfully considerate. We stayed here for a total of 8 days and it was absolutely lovely.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Helped with booking luggage for transport through Yamamoto. Also provided information on a clinic for Dr visit due to forgetting my medications at home.

Great location, a very short walk to the main ginza shopping area and lots of restaurants nearby. Customer service was good, although not as good as the other hotels we stayed in during our 3 week trip around Japan - everywhere else where we had used luggage forwarding facilties, our cases were also taken to our rooms, whereas here they were not. I guess thats maybe to be expected with this being in Tokyo.

I had the smallest room of any of my 12 stays in Japan. The room was tiny, badly lit, and grungy - morelike a capsule than a room. Also the bed was hard as a rock, and the pillow (one pillow, one towel), was so hard, i woke up with all of my neck muscles screaming. The che kout time is 10 am, which is early, but trust me when i say that you wont want to linger. The staff here was very friendly and helpful, but the cleaning staff was scary looking and rude. The location of this hotel was good. Overall, I would not recommend a stay at Hotel Musse. There are roo many options in Ginza to stay in this place

A solid barebones propery in the heart of Ginza. Rooms on the back side stare at a wall (typical for tokyo) but mine stared into a men's bathroom. Room layout awkward with bathroom area about 1/3 the sq footage and sink in main room. Not a single drawer. Tv has no english channels.

Even though this hotel is in Ginza walking distance from the popular shopping malls and stores (Shiseido flagship, Muji, Uniqlo, Donki, etc), it's located on a smaller side street that was quiet and not too busy. We were able to walk to Tsukiji fish market too and easily bus and train everywhere else. Hotel staff were amazing and so helpful. The hotel breakfast was also one of our best meals in Tokyo.

What is with the modern habit of self check in. And getting your own tea bags , etc for room. Irritating it is, then no room service , and lastly staff quite brusque. very small rooms, yes it is Japan but other guest had to store pram out side room!!

Very cute hotel close to everything we needed. The rooms are very small so not big enough for a family of four (would require 2 rooms). Their restaurant was incredible as we ate breakfast there every morning (a traditional Japanese breakfast) and we had dinner one night which was delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, 5/5!
