Include hot springs is very good. Also, good breakfast buffet.

The hotel was in a great location next to public transportation. There are a lot of restaurants and shopping in the area. We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast buffet was really good. It has a large variety of food available. The rooms are a little older, but everything was very clean. I would stay there again.

Excellent room size for larger families. The cleaning staff were meticulous every day and the amenities such as daily water bottles in fridge were appreciated. Can't ask for a better location!

We stayed a few nights to begin our trip in Japan. We went to Sapporo for the beer museum but got to see a lot of cool shops along the way. The staff were kind and helpful and the room was great!

The hotel is outdated in terms of deco. The dryer need to be replaced because after 90 min of the drying cycle, clothes are still wet. When you have a lot of guests waiting to use the washer/dryer and only 3 are available, having to dry clothes for over 1-1/2 hours and remains wet is very frustrating. Buffet breakfast have a good selection of foods.

The hotel is generally very comfortable. Everything was neat and clean, if i have to be really picky, some parts are a little dated. The breakfast spread is impressive, there is something for everyone. The location is unbeatable, about 3 mins away from the Sapporo station.

Nice lobby, plenty of amenities, great staff, rooms were clean but rooms seemed a bit smaller than what you might expect looking at the overall size of the property. Overall a decent stay.

The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for us. Additionally, the location is unbeatable being a short walk from the JR station and the popular attractions in Sapporo!

The room was larger than what we expected. Shower is great. Took advantage of the breakfast buffet on the last day and wished we took advantage of it earlier. Food was good, especially where there was all you can eat Ikura! We liked the location as it was near the train station so it was easy to get to other locations and the airport. Next time we go to Sapporo we will stay there again.

The Hotel MyStay Aspen is just a 3 minute walk from Sapporo Station. They use a QR code system if you want to check your bags with the front desk, but they stay in an open area of the lobby next to the desk. The rooms are a bit dated and the beds a bit hard. We did get two pillows per bed, including one neck pillow. The rooms are basic with a small refrigerator and closet. The breakfast buffet is worth the ~2,000 yen cost. Good variety, champagne and wine included. Inside the restaurant they only have drip coffee, but just outside by the exit, there is a machine that grinds and brews better coffee.

he room I stayed in was clean and tidy, and the overall environment was comfortable. However, I was disappointed by the service arrangement at the front desk during check-in. When I arrived at the hotel, the staff at the reception did not offer any assistance and simply directed us to use the self-service machine to check in by ourselves. The self-service machine repeatedly malfunctioned and I was unable to complete the check-in process smoothly, but the staff on duty only focused on serving other guests and did not come over to check on my situation or offer help. I waited multiple times but still received no response. For a hotel, the check-in experience is an important part of the first impression. The lack of proactive assistance and care from the front desk staff fell well below my expectations of the service standard of the hotel.
