Rooms are typically smallish, which is the norm for Japan. Staff at hotel were excellent and spoke good English Rooms are cleaned to high standard. Only thing missing was a hotel bar.

Staff are very helpful with luggage delivery service. Room is spacious with 2 chairs and table. Shower hot water pressser is very good. Walking distance to shopping malls and train stations.

Laundry and room were fine . The hotel booked two rooms for one night rather than one room for two nights and argued stubbornly refusing to change the reservation when it was their fault. Hotel halls are rather gloomy.
