Very strategic location, just across from the Universal City train station. There is a Lawson convenience store on the ground floor of the hotel. Each floor has a drinking water station. The room is spacious with a beautiful view. The breakfast buffet features a wide variety of tasty food. The most highlight is the excellent service and hospitality. Super recommended!

The hotel's strategic location for Universal and proximity to the station for Kansai make it an ideal choice. The ambiance is delightful, and I thoroughly enjoyed the room, bathroom, and complimentary amenities. I'll definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Osaka.

Modern, super clean, helpful & pleasant staff, steps to Universal Studios & train. Only shopping nearby is at touristy Universal Studios. Breakfast was only so, so. No sitting areas. But the hotel was great!

The showers are amazing. The location to the JR rail and Universal is great too! Lots of UBER/Taxi drivers nearby to take you into Osaka. The breakfast was also really good too! Would def stay here again.

Great, comfortable, good size room for 4 adults. (The Deluxe Quadruple room 8th floor) We got the room for really great price too, especially considering it was Easter time in cherry blossom season. Staff were very helpful. Very convenient for universal studios and universal city rail station. Has a Lawsons convenience store in the lower floor. Only slight downsides the entrance shoe area in the room is a bit small for 4 but they could easily extend this into the carpet area a bit. Not the greatest view, but nice at night and can probably book a better view room for a fee. We drink a fair bit of coffee and did have to ask at the amenities desk for refills which was a little inconvenient but as i say there is a Lawsons Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, top of our list of 5 hotels we stayed at, would absolutely recommend. Stay here, you wont be dissappointed at the price point
