Our stay at your Hotel was fantastic, The rooms were lovely comfortable and the Hotel position was ideal for shopping and site seeing , close to the train station. The staff were kind and helpful even lending us a stroller for our grandson as there wasn’t any hire place close by . Thankyou for our comfortable stay will recommend your Hotel for others if they visit Kyoto .

The location was great, close to Nishiki Market area. Very close to Shijo Subway Station. The staff was very helpful. I left behind a cell phone at the airport and I had to have them ship to this hotel. The hotel staff was very helpful and agreed to pay upon receiving, knowing that I'll pay them back when I got there. Only thing that would have made it even better was the drink availability in the room. They had green tea packets but no coffee packets. I'm a coffee drinker and enjoy having a cup of coffee upon waking up. It was not a big deal, though. Everything else was amazing.

Room was very good. The only downside was the fact that we were on the smoking floor however the odor did not enter the room. Just after a long day of walking and smelling the smoke wasn’t the best! The room quality, beds and bathroom were really great! Location was spot on! Easy to walk around.
