アパートメント（布団2組・701号室）に宿泊しました。キッチンや洗濯機付きという点は家族連れには便利そうでした。しかし、施設全体の衛生管理に大きな問題を感じました。特に洗濯機から発生する非常に強いカビ臭がチェックイン直後から部屋全体に広がり、換気を続けても全く取れませんでした。さらに、エレベーター内にも強いゴミ臭があり、建物に入った瞬間から不快でした。子ども連れには特に厳しい環境で、清掃・管理体制に不安を感じます。臭いに敏感な方や清潔さを重視される方には、通常のホテルの利用を強くおすすめします。
