Good location

Onsite self laundry and private onsen were nice. Rooms were spacious and having a kitchen was useful for our family. Great location to walk all over Gion and easy access to Sanjo train station. Hotel was renovated recently and very clean. Luggage storage and free umbrella use were nice added amentities.

We stayed 4 nights. Location was great but since we stayed less than 6 nights they didn’t do room service which was sort of a let down. Having to wash your towels and stack bags of garbage was not the greatest but it’s a limited staffed counter with remote check in/check out access so just be prepared with that in mind. There was one staff at the counter in the mornings but we didn’t have much interaction with him. Oh, and be prepared for the loads of laundry to take several hours to complete. Overall a good place to stay.

The location was perfect, walking distance from key attractions. The mini apartment was very clean and functional. The kitchen had everything you need for breakfast or a light meal. Staff was present every morning and was very helpful. Definitely I would recommend it.

The room is like a small apartment, it was nice and spacious for my family with two teens. Great location in the Gion district and 5-10 min walk to local train stations.

The location was just perfect for us! 10-15 minute walk to bars, restaurants,shops and Nishiki market. Staff was super helpful, especially Vincent, as checking in and out was done virtually and could be a bit confusing at times. Laundry facilities were appreciated! Perfect little kitchen with everything you need.

Lots of space with dining area and a tatami room. The bed is hard, pillows are flat, beddings are nice, found the pull out couch a little dusty but overall clean. Lacking bathroom amenities like toothbrush/toothpaste, face towel etc. Good location- near shops, restaurants, local attractions, quiet and safe area.

Property is clean, very nice structure spaces, quiet.

Spa was amazing touch after a busy day, clean spacious make sure to book after your reservation is confirmed so your not disappointed.

Convenient location. Having fridge, freezer, microwave and toaster, stove and kitchen essentials was super helpful. Enough space for 3 adults. Everything in working order.

Location is helpful for walking to the Gion temples and the main shopping area. (10 mins walk to each). The hotel is on a quieter residential street with large apartment blocks nearby. Handy to have a Family Mart in the same building. Our street view room was okay, the layout was very strange but had everything you needed. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was tiny and very cramped. We stayed over a weekend and it did get noisy.

Great space for a family - could have easily fit more than 4 in our unit. There was a pretty functional kitchen - well stocked with utensils but no supplies (pots and pans). Thankfully a very convenient and well stocked Family Mart exists right next to the hotel, and is open 24 hours. The location was great, being right next to a bustling market, amazing restaurants, and historical temples. Check-in process was a bit confusing because we arrived a bit early, but a staff member immediately picked up the phone to help us. But the washing machine in the bathroom definitely made up for it.

Great location in Gion and good sized flat. Went with my 3 teenaged children and the adults had our own separate room in the flat. It is a bit tight with three teenagers but still a nice place, good facilities, and excellent location. It is a mostly digital check in so pay attention to directions before you arrive.

This hotel has everything that you. Need , very clean friendly staff, it has all he amenities .

It’s very nice and roomy, easy to check in with a friendly front desk, you will need a code which they emailed ahead of time to check in, when arrived we have been told that we need to pay 300 yen per person per day for tax to be paid at check in which seems to be pretty common in Japan. You will need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste, there is a family mart just beside the hotel, about 15 mins walk to the central city, bed are on the smaller size but comfortable,overall it’s a great stay.
