Hotel is a traditional Japanese Ryokan and the setting is very relaxing. The best feature to us is the free private bath, to some who are shy to use the public bath, this is a very nice feature to enjoy the hot spring without stress. Hotel also offers a shuttle bus from Kaurizawa station directly to the hotel , which is a very convenient option for those who travel by train.

和の雰囲気の綺麗な建物でスタッフの方々も親切丁寧な対応で館内バリアフリーでスリッパも履かないのが開放的で居心地が凄く良かったです。
温泉もとても気に入りました。
硫黄の香りプンプンで…これぞ草津って感じでした
1泊の滞在で温泉には5回程入りに行くくらい寛げました（笑）
食事も大満足…夕飯のフリードリンクや夜のラーメン等、余計な出費がないのも魅力でした。
湯畑へのシャトルバス等、サービス満点です。
敢えてあげるなら駐車場からフロントまでの階段…雰囲気は凄く良いのですがキャリーケースを転がせるスロープが欲しいなと思いました。
また是非利用させて頂きます。

今次係第二次光臨,酒店環境改變左,好左好多,食物質素多選擇,唯一係炸物凍左少少,服務員同接駁司機都非常友善,令人有種放鬆既感覺,在不久既將來，祈待下一次光臨！！

温泉は流石草津温泉の湯で最高でした

有接駁車接送往返輕井澤車站（須事先預約）與草津湯畑，很棒的服務。

落ち着いた雰囲気と柔らかい印象、ゆっくりと過ごされたい大人向けなお宿でした。チェックイン前も早くから車を停めることができたので、混雑していた観光地の駐車場に停める必要もなく良かったです。決められたお時間に、ホテルから観光地への無料送迎バスもあり便利です。お風呂も最高でした。お食事がせみバイキングなのはよかったです。バイキングの内容は、まあ、よかったです。ただ、準備されたお料理は、きれいに盛り付けられてはおりますが、素材などは、安価なもので少し残念でした。それから、館内は、裸足なのですが、お食事会場の裸足は、抵抗がありました。案の定、べたべたしていたり、ぬれている箇所もあり、つま先立ちで歩きました。お食事に関しての評価が、少し下がります。

酒店有接駁巴士從輕井澤站（outlet 方向， 出口南）對面上車。去程： 13:15（輕井澤站》酒店）， 回程：11:15（酒店〉輕井澤站）
酒店也有接駁巴士來回湯烟，走路去也不遠，約15-20分鐘。
酒店早晚餐為自助餐，食物種類多。

整體不錯，有接駁車到湯畑很方便。私人溫泉環境很美，水很熱。大浴場很舒服，有不同池。要留意[木葉]房內只有廁所，沒有浴室，需要的可選擇[季之庭]。兩家溫泉是共用的。分別在於食物及房屋
