The hotel is an impressive, petite, traditional European-style. It was built during the modern age, and we enjoyed the neat traditional room with an updated bathroom. It holds very good value with a walkable distance from downtown. We highly recommend it.

First impressions matter. As soon as you enter the hotel you can smell the soothing scent of a spa/sauna environment. The property offers in-room spa services. The staff is very professional. The breakfast had a lot of offerings beyond what you typically see in most hotels. From açaí and pomegranate juices, to warm dishes such as noodles, tempura and even lasagna. I was also positively surprised by free offering of afternoon events, such as learning some Japan calligraphy’s, which was fun. The rooms are on the small size for North American standards, but typical for Japanese standards where square footage is far more expensive. There is an onsen on the first floor and a laundromat on the fifth floor.

Beautiful hotel, location, and comfortable. We stayed in a double room and found it spacious for two. The bathroom is a full tub so you can take a bath after walking all day. There is a spa separate for women and men but limited if you have large tattoos so I opted to take a bath in the room. They give you a skincare treatment and have a buffet of items like razors, mouthwash, etc in case you forgot anything.

Excellent hotel in a very nice area of Osaka. The architecture is wonderful, the rooms are nice (a little too small), the people very helpful (a little rude the breakfast manager), the common part very nice. Whenever I will go again to Osaka, it will be my choice !

It's kinda rare to find a hotel which has self-service laundry room and onsen, Resol Hotel Trinity Osaka has both of them. Location is convenient. Staff is cool. Another cool thing was that, housekeeper hung a tote bag of goodies (clean towels, bottled water, coffee and tea bags) on your room door handle (if you don't select room cleaning service), to make sure you have sufficient daily supply. I didn't give a 5 star, because there was a flaw; the bidet filter was due for a change.

Great breakfast, friendly staff, a clean and quiet room, and a nice bathhouse. They had everything I was looking for. All the designs throughout the hotel and my room were elegant and thoughtfully executed.
