We travelled as a couple and stayed in this hotel on our last night before departure out of Japan, Narita. We chose this hotel due to its location, near the Narita Airport, and it has privileges of a free shuttle bus every one hour to the Airport. The location is good and accompanied by a convenience store nearby. Front desks were on point as they helped me a lot with quite okay English language. Overall a 5/5 experience. No complaint at all. Keep up the great work.

Really well maintained property. Staff is absolutely gentle. Shuttle to Narita airport is Good. Very good breakfast buffet. I recommend it.

Lovely staff, easy check in and out. Close to the train about 15 mins ride. Plus, they have shuttle to NRT airport only in morning though. Would be great if they extend the hours but the train is so convenient, it really makes it easy for transfers.

4/12/2026 around 11:30am, I arrived early and left my bags at the front desk so I could explore. When I finally checked in later, I was so touched to find that the staff had already moved my luggage up to my room. It was such a thoughtful, professional gesture that truly made me feel welcome.
