Richmond Hotel Narita

Great people very friendly, close to main attractions and subway entrance. Hotel had great amenities they provide personal care stuff (brush, shoes, and many mor things.

Morning buffet was not so great

The room is spacious and clean. It is near the train station, just 5-10 mins walk. There are some restaurants and a convenience store within walking distance. The airport shuttle service is good. It is a good option to stay in order to catch early flight.

They are very nice and considering what you need in there! Super recommended!

First off, I recommend everyone to stay at least one or two nights before your flight back home. This hotel is only 5 minutes walk from the train station. Only 15 minutes train ride to Narita airport terminal 1 or terminal 2, depending on your flight departure location. Also, on the other side of the train station exit (not on the hotel side) there are many restaurant options. Our favorite was a grilled seafood spot. Hotel staff are polite and friendly. Most hotels has kiosk stand for Check-in and check-out is fairly simple. Rooms are clean. I would stay here again.

The single room was small but sufficient and comfortable. Everything was clean. The only thing that was surprising was an unusually small toilet that was usable, just quite small. Staff were great, breakfast fantastic and the location excellent for transportation, food and general shopping, but not particularly touristy. However, the nearby Naritasan Park is beautiful with Shinto shrines, temples, gateways and pagodas. The walking paths are beautiful and it is close enough that I walked there from the hotel. If you want to see classical Japanese views and architecture, it is as good as anywhere I’ve seen in Japan and well worth several hours.

Property was clean and had water fountain properly maintained. Not like the fact that the personnel was not flexible with our breakfast in the morning. Out flight was earlier than the opening of the restaurant and we asked to have a small box prepared in advance. We received a polite but firm NO.

It’s close to the Narita station, and there are plenty of shuttle buses. It’s clean, and the staff are friendly.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Spoke English and was able to direct us to take a bus to nearby Aeon mall. Loved the free amenities and they give you a little bag to collect what you need. Shuttle to airport had more times than previous trip. We will always choose the Richmond for future layover trips!

Room was very clean. The staff were very helpful. I purchased buffet breakfast and it was worthy. Food choices were great. They have a free shuttle service to take you to the airport. Close to food, station, and shopping.

Heureusement que le service était agréable et que l’hôtel est bien situé en plus d’avoir un service de navette pour l’aéroport, car notre chambre n’était pas propre: poussière sur les lampes et moisissure dans la salle de bain, petits insectes gros comme une tête d’épingle sur les murs et tapis taché. De plus, même si la fenêtre était fermée on entendait les bruits extérieurs comme si elle était ouverte. Cet hôtel a besoin d’une bonne rénovation.
