It’s a bit of a strange layout when accessing the guest rooms, but you get used to it quickly. The location is very convenient—close to shopping and the bustle of the city. The room was clean and spacious, valet parking was easy to access, and the staff were helpful when needed without being overbearing.

Bell Staff had excellent English so rental car and greetings at entrance were welcoming. Rooms were kept overly clean each day. Quiet hotel room even during a wind storm helped sleep! Amazing sunsets from the lobby and views of the city are worth the minor confusion of a lobby above guest rooms. Bedding was outstanding quality, super comfortable - had great sleep.
Small reminder on guest floor elevator buttons that lobby is UP would be useful.
Promote best English speaking bell staff to front desk!

Staff are polite and helpful. The lobby,lounge and restaurant are beautiful. Room is comfortable with spacious bathroom. My only complaint is the pillows are not comfortable with enough support, otherwise everything is just great!

An amazing stay! The room was clean, well designed (love the tub for bath), and roomy. Parking was easy and the staff was professional and friendly. My 90-year-old loved the selection of the breakfast buffet! Will definitely consider using this chain for our next travel to Japan!
