Kinda dusty but worth the price

Aside from the convenient location, we were disappointed that our rooms didn’t have the in-room washer and dryer which was stated in the property description. That was part of the reason we chose this location was so we can wash our clothes since our stay was towards the end of our trip. Eventhough there were machines on the 2nd Floor, there were only 2 and they weren’t the cleanest.

Simple room in a great location!

Wall in my room were really dirty The coin dryer doesn’t work, a one and a half hours cycle didn’t dry my clothes, i had to go to another laundromat The floors and elevator are covered with plastic panel for whatever reason Location is good though

We booked this hotel through hotels.com and needed two rooms. We paid about $300 per night per room, total of around $600 a night for four nights. When we got there we found that the hotel could be booked for $90 a night directly with the hotel and it was definitely only worth $90 a night. The rooms are very very small even for a hotel in Japan, which is typically smaller than the West. But to see that we paid triple through Hotels.com compared to what the hotel actually charges was outrageous. There was a rat over the ceiling of one of the rooms and was running back and forth and knocking the air conditioner filter in the ceiling around. We booked a Royal Park hotel in Ginza for THE SAME AMOUNT OF MONEY! And moved there the next morning. We had to eat the entire amount we paid in advance for b asakusa. I feel scammed. Total BS and I won’t be using Hotels.com again to book a vacation. Always call the hotel or look on their website to see what they charge for direct booking before using Hotels.com. This hotel is a good choice for college students or small families or a couple on a tight budget. It is a $100/night hotel, that’s just what it is.

Room was very small

Excellent for the price point i was very happy- will stay here again and would bring family back.

Great location, great breakfast, great service. Room was in need of a refresh - dirty walls, dusty. Comfy bed.

Hotel staff were exceptional

Room was really big, the hotel was so pretty. They let us leave our bags when we got there too early and held our bags after checkout, so we could walk and shop while waiting on the plane at the airport. Nice view, big shower, very clean

Breakfast offered was very good. Close to sights and shopping. Will stay here again.

The room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. The area around is very good, walking distance to Senso-ji temple and good variety of restaurants around

Convenient, walking distance to many places

Great front desk service, very convenient to all of Tokyo, lots of EVERYTHING around the area. Would highly recommend this place and hotel.

Clean room and the hotel is in a great location - central to a lot of attractions and food options! Our second stay during our two week trip. Staff were a lot friendly and helpful during our first stay but no complaints.

We loved our stay! The location was amazing, so much to see and do within walking distance. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were so friendly and helpful, especially with our luggage transfer between stays. We will be back!
