The hotel is conveniently located next to the train station. There are numerous places to eat within walking distance. It is clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent

Location is great. It is just a 3-min walk from the JR Gotemba Station. There is also a convenient store at the Station so you can get drinks, snacks etc. Staff is friendly and helpful. I booked a double room but it looked like a suite! Breakfast was quite disappointing though.

The location is very strategic because it is behind Gotemba station. Unfortunately I booked a room with a view of Mount Fuji, but the view I got was a view of Gotemba station. I hope this doesn't happen and if you want to try this hotel when checking in make sure to confirm at the reception.

Old hotel but location in front of gotemba station, there is a free shuttle bus to gotemba premium outlet from gotemba station ... rooms are quite spacious for Japanese size, view overlooking Mt. Fuji 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The hotel is old, but the location is directly opposite Gotemba station, and there is a free shuttle bus from Gotemba station to gotemba premium outlets every 15 minutes.
