Exceptional hotel and staff. Location is terrific, close to the Imperial Palace and steps to the heart of Ginza. Rooms are large for Tokyo and really well laid out. Our room had a large dressing area that was incredibly useful. The staff are exceptional and attentive to every one of our needs. Will stay at the Peninsula the next time we are in Tokyo

This is truly THE place to stay in Tokyo. Great location. Their service was simply superb and amongst the best in Japan; this is really saying something as Tokyo in general has some of the best staff and service in the world. I needed express dry cleaning and the turnaround time was 50% faster than advertised! The bar up on the top floor (George’s I think) was also excellent.

I stayed at The Peninsula Tokyo twice about 10 years ago, and this was my third visit. The location is still unbeatable, but the hotel feels a bit tired now. Service was fine but unremarkable, overall the hotel lacked a distinctive character that sets it apart from other luxury options in Tokyo.

The Peninsula Tokyo is pure perfection an elegant haven in the heart of the city. The rooms are beautifully designed, with every detail reflecting comfort and sophistication. What truly makes the experience unforgettable, though, is the staff: warm, gracious, and genuinely dedicated to making every stay seamless. A special thank you to Stephen, whose professionalism and kindness elevated the entire experience. The Peninsula Tokyo sets the gold standard for luxury and hospitality

The hotel is in an awesome location. There is one train station under the hotel, and 3 others within 15 mins walk. There is a mall across the street with good food and great dessert options. There is a street with lots of restaurants about 5 mins away (walking). The room is nicer than in the photos and very modern - who doesn't like an automated toilet seat!? The people working there are so nice. I want to go back again!
